Instead of trying to resolve concerns or make the experience better, she came across as dismissive and unfriendly. Another frustrating part is the constant extra charges. Everything seems to cost extra, $5 for this, $3 for that, and it quickly adds up. By the end of the service, the total is much higher than what you expected. It used to be that the nail technician would help you from the chairs and to the sitting area while your nails dryed. They would check on you again to spray the drying solution on your nails, help you remove the toe spacers, and put on your own sandals. This no longer seems to be the case. My feet are often slippery after the treatment which makes it difficult to get out of the chairs (which are very close to the bowls) and down the steps without assistance. I tried Amelia paraiso in hope that it would be better, but unfortunately it was not. The same situation happened and these peeled off after just 5 days.
