I am so disappointed and angry with my manicure/pedicure from today. $87 for a no chip pedicure + pink gel nails. This is something that costs under $70 everywhere else. All my nails were filed unevenly. The shape is terrible. I was told if I wanted my cuticles cut, it would be extra. That's a standard with ANY manicure. And the floor was filthy dirty. Hard pass and never ever coming here again. I wasted over two hours here and now have to go somewhere else on my next day off to have the pedicure re-done and my nails refiled so the shape isn't so bad. read more

Worst nail salon ever, I got a pedicure and as soon as I put my feet in the water was super hot I had to keep telling her and she didn't understand what was going on. I literally went in there last night at 6pm and it is 9am and my NO CHIP nail polish top layer peeled back. One of their workers told me before all the products are cheap and now i see why he told me that. 1st time: they took 3 hours to do a soak off and full set and then the lady cut me with the filer. Very pleased with this shop. I was taking a chance because they where open on Sunday & I really wanted my nails done (last minute). Staff is very friendly, they offer water, coffee, tea & wine! The lady removing my previous no chip manicure on my hands did not know how to properly remove it and was peeling/scraping it off. Happy I found this place, thanks to Yelp. It was easy to get an appointment, they even took me earlier than my time. I never got gel nails before but Bill was super nice and helpful explaining the difference. Nail places by my house can't do anything special except one color. I really had high hopes for this place. Made an appointment for a fill at 5:30pm, was not seated until 6pm. The women who did my nails was not friendly or nice. She was on the phone the entire time. Stopping to answer the phone which I think made her forget what she was doing when she returned to my nails. She RUSHED through my nails. I showed her pictures of the shape I wanted and what she did looks nothing like the photo I showed her. Afterwards they were so uneven I asked her to fix them which resulted in her filing them all down and now they are even more uneven. WORST experience I have ever had at a salon. Beware of Nancy. It was okay, because the nail tech who did mine kind of fixed them. Still, they didn't look great. My nails were a nice ombre. They were kind of lumpy, and not very "coffin-shaped." The nail tech was also kind of rough. Like, pretty rough with filing. I had to let him know he was hurting me. My nails & fingertips were sore for a few hours afterwards. Came in on a Friday around noon and there were about 5 people waiting, the sweet older man greeted me & told me it was going to be about a 30 minute wait. I instantly knew it was going to take a lot more time than that. I sat down & waited. the man was handing out bottled water & coffee which I thought was very kind. After about an hour of waiting it was finally my turn. The nail tech was friendly but she was definitely rushing my manicure, & then she had the old man give me my hand massage after my manicure & the kind man had no clue what he was doing, he massages for about a minute & then left me there with a bunch of lotion on my hands so he can charge some girls, he then handled money & did not wash his hands & continued massaging my hands. I understand it was busy & it was during the holidays but I was just treated horribly. It was absolutely ridiculous. However, my dip powder manicure looked good, although it definitely would've looked better if it hadn't been rushed. I also received a free holiday gift. It was a coti green tea lotion which smells delicious. I'll consider coming back but maybe on a slower day. read more
