My nails came out horrible. Regardless of the inspiration picture being out and available the entire time of the appointment. They left glue all over my cuticles, did poor lining, mixed the diamonds up however they wanted and ruined the heart shape and left some nails crooked. I asked the man doing my nails to re do it several times as he kept messing it up and at some point he got visibly upset and then dropped all the diamonds on the floor which made him more upset, after that his attitude changed and he did a even more worse job on my nails. Soon after I only got $15 on "refunds" and I had to accept it as I was the only person in the salon and didn't want to start problems. However I then sent the lady at the front desk of the salon a message where I then told her.. "Hi, I'm following up about the nail service I received today. I paid $110 for a full set and pedicure that I was really excited about, but unfortunately the quality was extremely poor. There's visible glue/acrylic on my skin, the lines are uneven, and the gems were applied very messily. I've attached a photo for reference. I only received a $15 refund, which doesn't reflect the level of disappointment or the cost I paid. I would appreciate a full refund for this experience, as I don't feel the service reflected the price I was charged. Thank you for your understanding" And she never responded, regardless of how they butchered my nails these people don't care about their customers. Please do not come here.

They take their time, they don't judge, no matter how bad my nails look.... They are great when it comes to fixing the broken toe nails and ingrown. Today I came in after not getting my nails done in a few months... I have to admit I don't know how to trim the toe nails properly and they end up awful. Today I was able to come in and get both a mani and pedi. I did the gel on my hands, Mr. Tommy did an inspo design and then regular citrus pedi with regular polish. I am in love with the whole experience and finished look. I feel renewed and so very happy. I am always treated with respect and kindness. weather I come in and Ms. Mindy is available or Ms. Carol, Ms. Kim or her wonderful daughters, Mr. Kevin and of course Ms. Van or Mr. Tommy, I know its going to be in a clean, well lit, well care for environment. The results of the nails that I got were WAYY off from my reference photo and I would have been fine with it if it wasn't done so messy. There were air bubbles cured under the polish, patchy spots, and my cuticles were stained with polish. I don't like being a pain, so I was going to deal with it, but I really was not satisfied and I paid a lot for my nails. I contacted them and was told to come back the next day and they would fix it or do something else for free. I came back and chose a different design so it can be more simple and I liked how it came out except for the fact that my cuticles were still stained from the previous nail polish mess, and when I went to the counter after with intentions to just pay a tip to the different nail tech for doing something else for me, I was charged an additional fee to change the polish even after being told I would not have to pay. So I'm left still unsatisfied and I paid even more money for their messy work.

I have my wedding coming up and I'm looking for a great place to accommodate my bridesmaids and I, so I went in today to get my nails done. I mentioned to one of the employees/owners(?) that my bridal shower is tomorrow and I just wanted to pretty them up for the occasion. Now... it took 2.5 hours for a mani pedi. Which don't get me wrong I love the massage chair but after about a hour it starts to get uncomfortable sitting in it. My manicure was also done from the pedicure chair. The gentleman who did my nails was really friendly but seemed to keep looking at me for reassurance as to what he was doing was correct. Which made me thing maybe he wasn't licensed OR he is just very green to the process and is still learning. My pedicure doesn't look too bad, but my manicure is no good. The polish is bumpy and there are even portions of the nail that aren't painted. After leaving there I cant said I'll ever go back. I paid $100 for a manipedi and wax still tipped $20 because he did try his best I believe. But after having mentioned to the first person I was getting my nails done for my bridal shower you'd think maybe they would've given me someone with a little more experience to ensure I'd want to bring my bridal party back in November or even make sure I was a repeat customer. I'm going to be removing to polish and repainting them myself at home. Which in hindsight I should've just done from the beginning but wanted to treat myself. As for customer service, my nail tech and the girl behind the counter were very friendly.

Six of us got pedicures and manicures. I loved how spacious and clean the salon felt. The chairs were comfortable and they brought us wine. :) We were able to bring in pizza to enjoy since we were there during lunch time. We appreciated that! They even set up a table for us. We were very pleased with the results of our treatments. They also have other treatments available such as massages and facials.
