This simple cafe with plain, small wooden tables is significantly undersized for the size of the Sheraton Hotel. We were not able to get reservations on a Monday evening at 1900 for two people. We waited until a table was available and ordered the country chicken breast with steamed vegetables (substituted for mashed potatoes)(€34) that was served with sliced bread. While the food was tasty and nicely prepared, the price was much more than it should have been for such a simple meal. The service is friendly but not at all attentive. Sheraton should be able to do better. read more

Good option for a nice sit down dining experience. I ventured in after settling into my room between lunch and dinner hour, opting to eat "early" at 5pm. Service was good, though they brought butter to the table after the bread had been eaten. I ordered a simple fish and chips and a glass of brut champagne. The waiter generously opened a new bottle as the current one didn't have any bubbles left. The main dish was simple and well presented; and being a connoisseur of sauces, the tarter was very delicious. I will say there are likely other grab and go good food options but I wanted a more quiet experience. This served well. It's way more expensive than it should be, twice the cost of similar restaurants outside the city. But, it's an airport and so therefore comes with an overcharged expectation. read more

Was a little leery based on the reviews but we had A LOT of time before our flight so we looked for a sit down restaurant. Let me tell you about the French onion soup! It was the best I ever had and exceeded anything I had in the past. I expected this being in France and we were blown away from the depth of the broth. Everything we ordered was perfect. One of the dishes had risotto but it was undercooked for our liking and they changed it for the best seared potatoes we ever had. The service provided by Lounes and Hoang were amazing! They checked on us to ensure we were doing well. This meal and experience was better than we can imagined. Plus we were able to kill some time before our flight. read more

After reading the reviews, I think that our experience was good bc we went for a very late lunch, or extremely super early dinner. Service was great and food was very good. I had the caeser salad with salmon, bf had the ravioli, and friends had the steak tartar. Everyone loved their food. Finished with the dessert/espresso option. Others loved theirs, I thought was ok. We stayed a night here at Sheraton. This restaurant is in the lobby level. The decor was terrible and uninviting. We had a few dishes. The shrimp ravioli and the holiday dessert were outstanding. The onion soup was good but a bit salty. The lentil salad seemed healthy but the dressing was too strong for me. There are less expensive fast food options outside the hotel doors. If you want to treat yourself before your flight, this place is certainly worth it. They also check your passe sanitaire, unlike some casual dining place we went to. read more

Lobby restaurant of the Sheraton airport hotel serving a variety of fresh items. We stopped in for lunch on our way through to a barge trip in burgundy. Service was friendly and they were happy to deal with us in English. We were adjusting to the time zone so had a lighter meal - chicken Cesar salad for me and a club sandwich for my wife. Sandwich came with delightful thin fries (pomme frites) and of course delicious bread and butter. We also got a few items to go for late arriving guests-cheese, salami and bread. We ate here a second time on the night before we headed home. For convenience we had decided to stay at the airport after traveling in from Alsace on the TGV train that arrives directly below the hotel. We made a reservation for 7 pm and were one of only a few tables but by 8:30 every table was filled. The quality of the food was decent and I enjoyed the fish dish. Service however was another matter. It appeared that halfway through our server was reassigned leaving us stranded with dirty dishes and waiting for 20 minutes. They seemed quite short staffed. Bottom line-very convenient if you are staying in hotel, but certainly not a place I'd seek out otherwise. read more

This restaurant is located inside the Sheraton hotel (connected to the CDG airport/train station). I came here for a quick meal (too early for proper dinner time). Service was excellent. Since I was traveling with my suitcase, they kindly stored my suitcase in their storage area. Menu is in French with English subtitle. Server spoke excellent English. I had a long day... but my day was not over yet, I still had more traveling to do, so I just ordered one glass of wine from Bordeaux. Just one glass really helped me relax as I was so tense from earlier. Pan friend scallops was served with Blood pudding and cannellini beans, chorizo Riojano, roasted garlic and fresh oregano. Initially I was hesitant for ordering scallops, I mean it's easy to mess up scallops and I was still at airport.. To my surprise, scallops was cooked perfectly. We came to this restaurant out of convenience. Checked in at Sheraton around 830pm. Big mistake! It was the worst dining experience in Paris. There were 8 of us and ordered right away since they told us that the kitchen closes. Our orders came except for 2 people who were sharing a dish. At around 940pm, the manager said they cannot fill the order since it was placed at closing time. How could they lie to our face??? We all ordered at the same time, we are already eating except for our 2 friends. Then the worst part, when we told them we are paying separate, they tried to add an extra order of beef while we only had one! The audacity to charge our friend, whose order did not come at all, for her glass of Bordeaux. If not for our noise, they would not even have given us desserts. I would have gone to McDonalds instead! Avoid this restaurant at all cost. It's not worth it. If I can give no star, I would. read more

Very slow service, 20 minutes to order, 30 minutes more for wine, 10 min later got tap water and my cheese plate, if food had been good, could have given more but we had three tiny slices if cheese that were very close to the same thing, one small piece of bread, large pat of butter and an unlisted lettuce salad. Husbands dessert came 20 minutes after mine and was a " seasonal fruit" tarte that was obviously made earlier and not even warmed, and yet took more than 1/2 hour after ordering. Wine was ok but expensive. Desserts were expensive for what we got. While the food is actually quite good for a hotel chain, be careful to check your bill when paying. We noticed a 12 euro charge for a dessert that we had not ordered a ne had we not checked the itemized bill, we would have easily missed it and paid for it. In fact, , it was listed in between the two main entrees on the bill and not at the end where a dessert would normally be listed. Was this intentional? I would like to think not,but no explanation was given when they deducted the charge. The problem here at CDG is that there are limited options for food. How can that be in a city like Paris? Aside from the Sheraton, you are relegated pretty much to fast food options. I come from San Francisco whose airport offers such an array of amazing food - all types of cuisine and great quality. Food was good. Had a chicken stir fry and enjoyed it. My son had a club sandwich which I asked for salad instead of fries. Came with the fries but they did bring a side salad. Atmosphere was so so: service was very slow and no one came back to check on us. Never managed to flag the waiter down to ask for ketchup. read more

We worry we give too many 4 or even 3 star reviews. This will not be one of those. Slow is the key word that comes to mind. We came for a quick bite and would return for dinner later. We should have checked before we came. 20 to place our order. A cheese plate ,a fruit tart and two glasses of wine. Oh and some water please. Then 30 min to get our wine. 5 more minutes and asking and water finally arrived 4 more then the cheese plate. It was very small with overly dried apricots, three small cheeses, one 6 inch by 1.5 inch by 1.5 inch bread stick. And a very small salad. 13 euro. 3 more minutes to get the tart. Which was listed as served warm but was room temp. It was OK and may be 11 euros worth. It should be served with cream and be warm. Service people were nice enough when they showed up but they spent more effort on tables than the people. Note that was empty tables they gave attention to. Overall cost was 47.50 euro and 1.5 hours. Crazy as it seems we are looking at going back into Paris than dinner here. And we picked this hotel because we just wanted to relax but fore our flight out in the morning. read more

Service is terrible, but when desperate for a "nice" meal in the airport the night before an early flight, Les Saisons fit the bill. The host was inattentive upon arrival and throughout the entire meal, but I'm told that is standard for French service. Between our party, we ordered the chicken Cesar salad, spaghetti carbonara, and penne arrabbiata. All was good, including the complimentary bread basket. Ambiance is quiet and the restaurant remained fairly empty throughout our meal, with just two other parties dining in the restaurant. Also noteworthy is that Les Saisons shares space with the Sheraton's more upscale sister restaurant, Les Étoiles, and while the menu is slightly different, the kitchen and service are all the same. read more

Only if you have no other choice... I've eaten here 4 or 5 times in the past year and have finally decided I'm not coming back. The restaurant benefits from a captive audience and being one of the only real sit-down dining spots inside the airport on the outside of security... the result is they simply don't try hard enough. The menu is limited and uninspiring. The food preparation is simply poor. Service is slow and impersonal. There is nothing above average about this restaurant except it's convenience... and more often than not in my experience it fades to well below average based on food and service quality. Who doesn't love to watch mice run back-and-forth across the floor outside the kitchen door while they're making your lunch! Really made me excited to eat here. Told the waiter numerous times but didn't seem to care much. Good job Sheraton hotel! My suggestion on a meal is the minced mouse meet or the chocolate mouse. read more

two words, STAY AWAY. i was staying at the hotel which is very nice. it took for every to get someones attention to get service and the place was not crowded. i was very specific request with my salad and they ignored so it had to be returned and redone, so i had to wait some more. i order 2 glasses of wine, each time they managed to spill it on the table, but they didn't notice/or didn't do anything about it. so 1 salad 1 bowl of soup and 2 glasses of wine was over 75 euros. hard to believe! read more

I would give 0 star if there's such a choice. We came at 20:30 waiting for a table. There were 4 people in front of us. The host came out and told everyone in line that the wait would be so long that he suggested we go to the bar across the lobby. He said: "the food would be the same from the same menu, and you will have a seat right away." We decided to walk around a bit to wait for an open table, since the restaurant opens till 22:30 on weekends. We came back at 21:30 and was told the same thing. So we went to the bar as suggested.
