I've had to come here twice over the past couple of months for tire repairs and everyone I've interacted with has. been amazing! They hold the door open, come to the front counter quickly to help and always get services done quickly. Other places are an all day affair for car services but this is not the case at Les Schwab. I've always gone to my car's dealership for services, but I'm officially switching to Les Schwab for good! Also, they do quick tire repairs for free. Once they got an Allen wrench out of my tire and this time it was a screwdriver bit. I appreciate that they do this free of charge and quickly. I'm extremely disappointed with the service at [Shop Name]. I left my car for a brake job that was supposed to take about 4 hours, and after waiting almost 5 hours, I contacted them to pick up my vehicle. The surprise was that they hadn't done anything to the car because they apparently ordered the wrong parts. The lack of professionalism of the front office employee, and prompt communication from the site manager are unacceptable. After our call, they said they "would " resolve the issue. Waiting 5 hours for nothing is unacceptable. I hope they resolve the "issue" soon. read more

Do not bother making an appointment online thinking that they will actually even touch your car around the time scheduled. I learned the hard way and finally gave up an hour after said time. They offered to "pull it in" when I asked for my keys back but that didn't mean they would actually work on it and at that point they knew I wasn't happy so who says the work performed would even be good? I didn't yell or cause a scene, I just took back my keys and left. I'm really glad I bought my tires at Discount Tires because I am never going back to Les Schwab. read more

When I walk in to a business, a simple greeting would be nice. Instead I got a , "What can I help you with?" in a gruff voice and a response telling me there is a 1.5 hour wait. The fact that he acted bothered the whole time was irritating. I bought the tires here 8 months ago and one has a slow leak. I have no choice but to wait, not driving around on a low tire. We had a mishap with the parts for my Durangos brake job. They accidentally were sent back and in turn had me waiting a long time in the shop. After clearing my head, Charlie and I were able to have a respectful conversation and he allowed me to vent my frustrations about the situation. We were both calm and he understood me at the moment. I also had a very nice conversation with the Technician and we were able to share our perspectives and frustrations with the situation. Made an appointment for my wife to drop her car off for new tires and an oil change. She had a prior appointment and had to be home by 12:30, so I requested that she'd be dropped off at home while they work on her vehicle. Only once she got to the store, was she informed that they did not have anyone to take her home (which is less than 2 miles away) and she had to wait. The appointment was at 11:30 but at 12:15, they still hadn't pulled her car in a bay. So making an appointment and getting confirmation, does not really serve any purpose other than getting you in the door and having you wait anyway. We have three vehicles that we bought tires for at this location, but after this episode, we will not be going back. Seems like customer retention and repeat business through customer appreciation are no longer requirements for success in today's day and age. read more

Alignment: This is a shop that aims for "in the green" and no more. I had an alignment done earlier this month. After a few days my steering wheel was way off. Scheduled another alignment with them and this time circled the toe setting and camber settings that were nearly outside the specified ranges from the last alignment. I requested they get them closer to 0 this time. When I picked it up, neither camber nor toe were adjusted any closer to 0. All they did was set the steering wheel straight. When I asked why, Tyler, said he didn't realize the upper control arms were adjustable(SPA uppers). So I scheduled another service a week later since he didn't have time. Today, Tyler said due to "insurance " reasons, he's not allowed to adjust upper arms. This is nothing but an excuse for laziness, I've never heard of a shop or any tech say this. He also gave me a hard time about adjusting the toe(the easiest adjustment that doesn't affect any other angle). Then on my drive home the ride was very harsh compared to normal. I checked the tire pressure and found he set it at 42 on the right side and 40 on the left. (I set all 4 to 33 a few days ago). Sounds like he was trying to get it to drive straight with tire pressure. (I only live a few miles away and it's cold today. Tire pressure didn't increase on my way home.) I've spent thousands on my suspension (parts). I was really hoping to find a good shop. I even asked before hand if they could adjust it with the camber bolts that I added along with the SPC uppers. They said no problem. Now with 3 separate trips I still don't have an alignment that's perfect. Am annoyed to say the least. read more

I brought it in and Sam took my car identified what was wrong and let me know what is was going to take to fix the problem. He did a massive amount of work on my vehicle but hey it has 250,000. When it was done he returned to me a vehicle that drives like it only has 1000 miles on it. Charlie, the assistant store manager takes zero accountability for mistakes made during service. He completely neglected to have my tires inspected properly after installation. My passenger rear tire was rubbing on my leaf springs and completely burnt off the sidewall of the brand new tire. I brought my vehicle back to the store only to have Charlie tell me my tire is perfectly fine. It's just cosmetic and it is not their fault. I simply asked for a discount since they did not tell me the tire was rubbing and the tire was ruined on the way home or a replacement tire And he completely refused and denied responsibility and told me that it is not their fault and he did not inspect the rear tire because it did not look like it would rub. So beware if you go to this location make sure you inspect your tires by yourself because obviously they are incapable of completing the inspection after replacing your tires and you spending thousands on their service. read more

This is the place I recommend for car service to anyone who ask me. I am very satisfied with the price point of free for check ups, oil changes and tire pricing. The crew does have to weather low staffing but they are good at it. Short staffing is a problem at many businesses but I can say I have not had a bad experience because of it here. Yes the restrooms are clean as well. I don't recommend using the in-store computers to look up your tire sets because the internet is very limited. The popcorn and coffee are usually available to pass the time and you can find tons of community participation trophies as well as service awards on display in the store near the snack bar. read more

Les Schwab was my go to but not so much anymore. Was told that my vehicle would be done at a certain time and it wasn't. I also was recommended to use different products because it was stated that I use cheap products on my vehicle. I never received an alignment on my vehicle after spending $1700 on brand new tires. I was told that the job would be done that day when it wasn't, I also never received my valve cap covers for my tires. The job was done poorly and not complete. I wouldve went to a different place to get new tires Had I been told that he couldn't get the job done. So I have a few Recommendations I recommend not lying to your customers because you want the job. If you can't do it someone else could've and I wouldn't be ruining my new tires due to the fact that ya'll couldn't follow through on your end of the deal by having it done at the end of the business day. I also recommend that you probably shouldn't suggest I not use cheap products when you have no history on my vehicle in the first place an I don't use cheap products on my vehicle I just spent the morning getting my vehicle worked on at brakes plus so it could've been from a product that they were using. An also if your not gonna do the job don't steal my tire valve caps. I came with those and it would've been nice to leave with those as well. I won't be returning, the sad thing is my family has been using ya'll for 25 years.. I needed new tie-rods, struts, and an oil change for my truck, and they performed a flawless job. The prices were competitive compared to other parts stores. It's the only place I'll take my truck for service. I didn't have an appointment, but I needed my truck back by the end of the day. So, the guys stayed late to ensure everything was in order and ready for me to pick up. read more

I went in for a tire rotation and alignment as I purchased tires here - not the first Time. I was informed I failed the inspection. I was informed after waiting an extra hour (no call or text). I received a quote for brake/alignment work and scheduled for the following week. After being told there was no work order, I waited an hour before I asked why my vehicle hadn't moved. I clearly could prove I had an appointment. I was informed my quote was wrong; the parts needed were not even in stock. No new quote provided. Not even sure if the vehicle is safe to drive. As a customer of Les Schwab Tire Center in Parker for over a decade, my vehicle maintenance records are stuffed full of Les Schwab receipts. I've not only spent thousands of dollars for tires and various services over the years with Les Schwab, but I've referred many of my friends due to the good service I've receive. That just changed today after an interaction between the Manager, Craig, and my wife. My wife brought in a set of new tires that we had acquired for a significantly discounted price (well below what Les Schwab could match). Craig began challenging my wife with a series of questions about who would service the tires after they were installed, apparently forgetting that we were about to pay him for an installation service. Although the questions would be reasonable to ask in a friendly manner, Craig's approach was well beyond intense and could be described as rude and aggressive. My wife maintained her composure during the interaction but was quite shaken up when she called me. As an added bonus Craig made sure he overcharged us for the installation, based on the size of the tires. I guess that was to make a point. My bottom line with any service shop, if I don't believe my wife or daughter will be safe interacting with the staff, they've lost my endorsement. read more

I went for a tire pressure check and they refilled my tires at no charge and also checked for a screw that was in my tire. They repaired it right away with no charge and also was very honest about my oil level, even though my sensor was going off. They told me that, it's a problem with the sensor, but my oil levels are fine, which is actually true since we got the oil change two months ago. They are extremely reliable and honest and highly recommend their service. read more

Unprofessional, fraudulent, and dangerous! We have been extremely long time loyal customers of Les Schwab but this last visit might just be our personal and companies last. First off they were confused and even a bit dismayed by the fact that we had an appointment. They said "we are very busy but will try and get you in". We left the vehicle there for them and said no rush. They ignored the written and verbal requests for what needed to be done on the vehicle. They did work on the vehicle with out asking or confirming said work to be completed. After several hours we got a call saying "your car is finished, you can come pick it up". I responded with "what about the inspection? What about the requested diagnostics and work?" they said "everything is fine". I asked to speak to the tech that worked on the vehicle. He stated that "oh we were so busy we didn't actually do the inspection, but I will send it back in to get looked at, so just void everything we already told you". We waited for a while longer. They called back and stated that yes actually it needs several repairs, but that they needed to order the parts. I told them that this is extremely unprofessional and down right dangerous from a safety standard. We have trusted Les Schwab with many of our vehicles and more importantly our families safety and both were ignored and spat upon. Piss poor experience all around. I have been a loyal customer for several years. 5 cars in my family and I've used this Les Schwab for tires, wheels, leveling kits, oil changes etc.... Last year I paid $1700 to have run flats put on my daughters car. Recently we notices the rear right side tire is almost bald. Tires have 12000 miles on them. They have been rotated once. Brought car in yesterday and Craig looked at it. Told me it's because they haven't been rotated and because they are run flats all four would need to be replaced. He worked up a quote which came out to $1631. He said thats the best he could do since there are no warranties on run flats. I knew there wasn't a warranty but 12,000 miles and Craig's unwillingness to work with me have giving me no choice but to bring my business elsewhere. I wouldn't be surprised if they pay to get bad reviews taken off. I have an Audi Q3 and in my naïveté I did not get stock pads. I asked them to look at them a few months after install, they put break squeal on them and said everything was fine. These pads destroyed my passenger side rotor and squeaked for 6 months before I finally gave in to go to the dealership for new front pads and rotors. SO I did get my tires here too, need a tire rotation, set up an appointment, come in, wait an hour and then get told I'm 3rd in line and that I "didn't tell them I had an appointment." This place is a waste of time. I give a 2/5 stars because the tires are fine. read more

On a recent trip to replace the struts on my daughters EOS, they broke the ABS cable because the tech "pulled on it a little too hard". Their now going to repair that for cost of the ABS cable only. I called and got quotes from Costco, Big O, Discount Tires, and Les Schwab which I had never heard of before as I had been a Discount Tires customer for the last 18 years before moving to Parker, CO. I have to say one of the main draws to Les Schwab was the knowledge and customer service I experienced with Christian as I called in the morning and dropped by in the evening to discuss the options as they were not the cheapest option but the Customer Service is what hooked me so I came by and spent another 20 minutes of Christians time go over all the options to find the best fit for my needs. In the end I spent a little more than I wanted to but I was comfortable with the knowledge and warranty service included. read more

My car had a vibration in it once it got over 50 mph. I was worried it was a CV joint of a cord on a tire. I took it in, and they test drove it. Turns out it was caked mud on the inside of my tires. They took the time and rebalanced all 4 tires and it drives so smooth now. They came out and gave me the keys, with no charge!! Very good service and reliable technicians. read more

I knew my two front two tires needed to be replaced. But I suddenly looked out one morning and realized I could see the radial ply coming through on of the rubber treads, so this made it an emergency in my mind. The tire could blow. So, after a quick review of Tire Shops in my area, I gingerly drove the car to Les Schwab in Parker, which was the closest shop. I was greeted almost immediately and explained the situation. The young lady assisting me said, "I'll be right back", and left the shop. I thought this strange, so I followed her. She went out to my car without me. After a cursory look at the tires, she stated that my car was in "dire need" of an alignment. I know that, I said, the tires have uneven wear. "Well, she said, "I'm going to see if we have that size". My car is a very common mini van and doesn't take an unusual sized tire, so this surprised me. After a few moments absence, the young lady, who gave her name as Lacy, returned with two estimates: one could be done that day, included an alignment, (mounting and balancing, plus air stem R&R), for $469, and the other included the same, but a different brand a tires, that were not in the shop, and could not be done until Monday. (We were there on a Saturday). Air stems are commonly included with tires, so I tried to negotiate with Lacy to not charge me for them, but she wouldn't budge. I didn't want to be without my car for two days, and my daughter, who was with me, had to get to work, so I chose the more expensive option at $469. We got a ride home to wait the three hours until the car was ready, but failed to get a ride back before the shop closed at 5:00pm. I had received a call from Les Schwab that the car was ready at 4:52 pm. This was obviously too late for us to get there, unless we had a helicopter! On Monday, when we went to pick up the car, the shop attempted to charge me $569! For exactly the same service I had agreed to pay $469 for, minus the air stem charge! I was shocked! Lacy wasn't there and I asked why the increase over the original charge I agreed to, and the answer was: alignment. Seriously? After some questions were asked and the counter help went to back to mechanic, this extra $100 was "forgiven", and I paid the original estimate, which was probably a hundred dollars more than I should have paid in the first place! If you are going to Les Schwab, be very, very, careful about what they charge you! read more

I had the opportunity to visit a Les Schwab when on vacation in Seattle and my Jeep needed work. All the locals recommend them and I was totally happy with the service. When I heard they were coming to Colorado and specifically Parker, I was very happy. I put off a tire purchase until they opened and was one of their first customers.
