If you live in the Pacific Northwest, you probably rely on Les Schwab to provide you with all the services necessary to keep your car rolling down the road. They sell tires and, for free, they will change your snow tires and rotate your tires. They will also fix a flat for nothing. We drove in just after they opened on a Tuesday in early November to get our snow tires put on. They were already mounted so it was an easy switch. We were on the road in just over one hour. The wait was short as snow was not yet forecast. The employees ar Les Schwab always work their butts off. I am always impressed with their hustle. I just wish they weren't all concentrated in the Pacific Northwest. read more

I guess the other reviews are true about the old Les Schwab being gone. From the moment I walked in i was greeted with a " fuck you for bothering me" attitude from the woman behind the counter. Even tho i made a appointment ( what is the purpose if they don't care) i was treated like i was wasting their time. The lady behind the counter was not interested in helping me beyond punching in what i told her. I was not sure about the tire size and when i asked if what it told her was correct her response was " IDK i am just going off what you told me" no offer to look it up just a " i guess i could go look at the size on the tires" at that point i was done with her. She told me to drop them beside the building and they will get to them. No time frame nothing. just " are waiting of them or just dropping them off". I called 2 1/2 hours later just to check and was told " we will get to them when get to them". 4 1/2 hours later i was called and told they were ready to pick up. Go to get them and it is the same lady with the same fuck you attitude. She mumbles thru the required BS about the warranty and tells me " pull to the other side of the building and some one will load you". i guess the world class service they used to have is gone. And now its give me money and then fuck off. I pray my wife never has to use the warranty as i can only imagine how they will treat her. read more

I was visiting from out of town and took my Durango in for new shocks/struts. He called me back and said the shocks were fine and fixed the true problem which was much cheaper to repair. Honest and fair. read more

I am a huge fan of all les Schwab tires. Their customer service is unmatched. No matter what issue I have had or questions I've asked they always fix and answer them. Almost all locations are the same. But airway heights, both Spokane valley stores and downtown are the best. read more

Fixed what everyone else couldn't. Long story short, took my car into a competitor, and they noted I had two screws in my tire and they said, "can't fix it and we don't have the tires in stock." Drove 2/10ths of a mile over to Les Schwab and told them what I had been told and that I might need a new tire. They told me they would look at it for free and fix it complimentary if they could and if not they would let me know. Not only were they able to fix both of the screw punctures (again for free), they saved me from having to get a new tire (even when the "other guys said they couldn't fix it and I would need a new tire") TLDR: Fix a tire that other places said couldn't be fixed and did it for free. Will take my car back for tire needs. read more

Les Schwab is AWESOME! I went out to start my car before work and was shocked to find my front driver's side tire completely flat....and I do not know how to change a tire. I wasn't sure if any of my neighbors were around to help me...plus I didn't really want to bother them with my problem....so I called work and let them know I'm gonna be late! Don't know how long it will take me to take care of this. Since I bought these tires from Les Schwab a couple of years ago(and they had generously fixed a prior flat 5 years ago)....I wanted to make sure I could get it in and done today. I was so happy to hear that they would send someone to my house to air up my tire, so I could drive down to their shop. An employee got there within about 30 minutes...gave me me air in two tires(the other side tire was super low too)..I got to the shop after I had air and they were able to get my car in right away! They fixed both tires quickly! Then to make it an even better experience....there was no charge to me! WOW! I made it to work ....and was only 50 minutes late! Awesome job...customer service... and no charge!!! This company and their employees is amazing! read more

Helping a friend the other day. She'd bought four tires 6 months ago and only had just over 3000 miles on them--most of that in the Valley. The front two are already shot, showing cable on the outside. Won't stand by their warranty. Said it needs an alignment, but it's not pulling AT ALL and it would have to be pretty obvious to wear the tires so quickly. Obviously there's something wrong with the car if it's eating tires, but if it was that bad they should've caught it 6 months ago. That's the reason you take it to a "reputable" place with a "good" warranty, right? read more

They only take walk-ins, so I brought my car for a brake inspection. I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait. Two and a half hours later I finally asked for my keys back. No apologies, didn't even try to save my business. Customer service was pretty rude. She acted like I was bothering her when I asked how much longer (after an hour and a half). Good service but tighten lug nuts over the specified 170 ft lbs specified. In fact they had tightened one so much it striped the lug nut and I had to take it to someone else, they were closed at the time, to remove. Glad it wasn't a flat tire that I had to change. read more

I opened my Les Schwab account in 2001, they have worked on multiple vehicles of mine costing many thousands of dollars for tires and brakes and lift kits. This store specifically has issues with customer service. They are supposed to be brake experts. My front brakes were making a clicking noise that no one seemed to be able to diagnose. When someone did say it was just an anti rattle spring they refused to help further and wanted 800 dollars to replace the entire front left and right disc brakes once I told them I had redone the brakes myself. Northwest automotive on pines new exactly what spring and took 2 minutes with me explaining what it did and where it went. Which is why I have now stopped going to Les schwabb for anything. Perfection tire or Northwest automotive guys are nice and helpful. read more

I was waiting for the store to open and one of the guys came out 10 minutes early to ask me what I needed and invited me in to the store. With the work I needed my wait time was over 2 hours. I was watching a show on the lobby TV when the girl behind the counter switched the channel to Cup Cake Wars without saying a word or asking if anyone was watching the show that was already on. The guys really seem to care about providing great service but the girl could use some work on her costomer service skills. read more

Con artists. I needed my brakes checked. I payed you guys almost 700$ and you didn't check them. Because of this company I am broke and can't even use my car. Maybe if you guys would have checked them when I asked and paid you my entire life savings. I wouldn't have to sell my car just to brake even. Have you ever had your brakes fail you when you are getting off the freeway going 70mph? I shit my pants. I am 22 and not ready to die because of your employees gross negligence. Took our trailer there to have a hub bolt replaced and bearings packed. They had it the entire day and called at closing time to tell us they didnt have the right size bolt. I wont go into details, but this was a major inconvenience to us as the trailer was to go to a professional restorer the next day and it was the only day we could deliver it to him. Bottom line, they should have diagnosed it earlier in the day and let us know so we could go elsewhere to have the work done. They have lost a lot of business from us as we will never go there again. read more

Have you ever been completely disgusted with customer service? 15 years I have been going to Les Schwab and never had anything but great service until TODAY. I was told by Josh the Assistant Manager, " since your such a high priority, should I just delay the other customers?" And then when I questioned the 8 hours it was taking for them to switch over tires already on wheels he said, what? Do you want me to go through the system one by one and find out how long it takes for each customer?" Really?! Is this professionalism and customer service? This is what you want to be know as? This is how you treat people? Sad day for you and me. I didn't even get my tires switched after all that. I took my car into this tire shop 2 different times in a couple week time and the first time I was told one tire needs to be replaced but I could do a tires because that's better for the car. I got a price for 2 tires and left and came back a couple weeks later and was told all 4 of my tires are shot and need to be replaced. On top of that the quoted were two totally different quotes and outrageous price. The salesmen was extremely rude the second visit. Left their and took my car to a different shop and aS very pleased with the service and Only need one tire replaced as expected. Was only charged 200.00 out the door with a brand new all season tire instead of at this location that was wanting to charge me close to 400 for one tire and swap. Will never return to this place for service in my tires and brakes they are trying to scam people to make money and are very rude when you don't buy into their lies and deal. read more
