I called them on Easter weekend and they were about to close shop early for the holiday weekend but I caught them right before closing and they agreed to stay open just long enough for me to get there and drop off the jeans. He didn't write the price on the invoice, so I wrote "$30" on it myself to avoid any confusion. When I came to pick it up, he told me the price was $40. I showed him the invoice and reminded him that we had agreed on $30, but he still argued that I should pay $40. Reluctantly, he agreed to $30. Finally, when it was time to pay, he entered $33 into the credit card machine instead of $30. It may have been a credit card surcharge, but he never mentioned or explained it beforehand. He simply charged an extra $3 without telling me why. Between the missed pickup time, the disagreement over the agreed price, and the unexplained extra charge, I won't be returning.
