They got it done on time and also offered to deliver if I needed. Additionally, she said if the bridal party needed anything steamed or pressed they are willing to help. I can't remember if my tailor was from Scotland or Australia, but I loved her accent and helpfulness. We had a great time talking. Gosh, I love Vibrant cleaners. We found them on a whim before my wedding and they really came through for us. I needed help taking material from my mom's wedding dress and making it into my wedding bouquet wrap. I took it there and got it back within a week. It looked so beautiful. In addition to that, my in laws arrived in Houston from England with only 3 days until the wedding, which is when we realized we needed some last minute alterations on my FIL's suit pants. Service was okay. Now God knows why every piece of clothing I got back had a staple ticket in the label of my pants and shirts. I've seen others loop the ticket and staple just the ticket, but this was literally in the label that reads of size and how to wash. Please make a better effort with this... It's a bit tedious to have two sets of staples pry off and a ticket to worry about after getting them dry-cleaned. And some of us like labels undamaged even if it's a random piece of cloth. Amazing customer service! I called in a panic a few days before my rehearsal dinner and needed my dress cleaned ASAP- it was a vintage dress and other cleaners told me it would take a week! Mark saved the day and cleaned the dress in time for the rehearsal. He sends me an email like 2 hours after because of I sent him an email and reviewed the business. So now he says I had a store credit for $100 for the 6-7 shirts I paid for which he never did. lol, He has the audacity to say I am trying extorting him because I do not want to give him a second chance after the terrible experience. The two stars is merely for man who sits at the front desk. He's so sweet and tries to be helpful. But twice I have dropped off items to be tailored and I swear I get them back in the same condition. The first time I thought that mayn't my ask was unclear but with this second time I am mature that it's them and the fact that the tailoring is done off site. I spent 40 dollars with them and then had to go spend an additional 40 dollars to have what they neglected be corrected. I won't get fooled again! read more
