Their banh mi is also delicious and the standout was the bread. It wasn't the typical crispy baguette I've had in the past but was hearty and did a great job standing up to all the fix-ins in the sandwich. The crispy pork on the sandwich was flavorful and had the tasty, fatty goodness that you look for, though I would've liked a bit more sauce overall (the banh mi was a touch too bland). They also have a big ass chicken which was very appetizing and topped with scallion oil. My only complaint was the price was a bit high. I got two bowls of pho (admittedly, one of them was the beef rib pho which is one of the most expensive items on the menu), a banh mi, and a side of chicken and this put me back over $80. On the one hand, the food was delicious, but on the other hand, while it was comparable price-wise to a lot of other stalls in the food hall, it was more than I expected to spend and paired with the smaller portions (i.e., you get 24 oz of broth vs 32 oz), I definitely experienced a bit of sticker shock. However, that being said, I still think they deserve the 5th star for standing out as a great local option and representing Vietnamese flavors well.
