Found the paperwork for the pool and contacted Mr. Pool. Their service tech was able to fit the repair in during his busy schedule and came and replaced the pump for me. One call to Sugarmill Woods Pool was all it took for us to start to get an understanding of what we needed to do. The staff was helpful, understanding, not pushy, and took the time to educate us. We decided to rebuild. We worked with Joe and his awesome crew on a complete strip down and rebuild of our 22K gallon pool. Joe is great to work with, responsive when we called him, and proactive with his communication. He is patient and friendly, giving us all the information we needed to make educated choices. Joe also made suggestions and helped to guide us in the right direction. The crew is also great, friendly and knowledgeable. They paid attention to details and also kept us informed on progress and next steps. They caught a delivery mistake that saved us all a bunch of headaches and did everything they could to make the experience a positive one. The build was on schedule, the work space kept clean and professional. Joe also worked with us as we filled and cured the pool.
