In summery they did not do what I asked them to do, which was snake the line from my septic TAP into the House. The photos attached show how they left my yard, and how the pipe is DRY from no water flow from the house to the septic tank. I have opened a BBB Complaint to which they have still not responded. I had neighbors recommend this service and they certainly don't know what they are doing. I had a…read moreleak in my kitchen and the man who came out claimed it was a drain leak...unfortunately...that is not what it was an in fact a neighbor had fixed that specific drain he claimed was leaking. I can state now the cause of the leak was the line coming from the refrigerator and specifically a crack in the connector to the pipe because I came home to squirting under my sink and called another neighbor who quickly came and diagnosed that. I had been gone for 6 months and the damage IS extensive...I am walking on the studs in my kitchen. I called Chmura Plumbing after we got the leak under control and had to call 3x before The owner and his sidekick came out and the damage was not as bad in January...I never got a call back and it might be because when they left they left my private gate wide open which was marked with beware of bad dog...and when I let my dog out (I cannot see my gate from my home) he took off and was gone for 5 days. You can imagine my worry and I left Chmura a "steaming" message as they opened the gate...both of them and didn't bother to close them upon leaving. Needless to say they have not returned any of my calls about the damage they caused on my plumbing leak and so they are leaving me NO choice except to spread this news about them so you are NOT their next victim of BAD plumbing repairs or carelessness. I should have gotten their licensing and insurance information but since it was neighbors referring I didn't think it was necessary. Apparently AO Smith assembler does not know what torque wrenches are for or he was being ugly and decided to make a few peoples lives miserable.
