I can state now the cause of the leak was the line coming from the refrigerator and specifically a crack in the connector to the pipe because I came home to squirting under my sink and called another neighbor who quickly came and diagnosed that. I had been gone for 6 months and the damage IS extensive...I am walking on the studs in my kitchen. I called Chmura Plumbing after we got the leak under control and had to call 3x before The owner and his sidekick came out and the damage was not as bad in January...I never got a call back and it might be because when they left they left my private gate wide open which was marked with beware of bad dog...and when I let my dog out (I cannot see my gate from my home) he took off and was gone for 5 days. You can imagine my worry and I left Chmura a "steaming" message as they opened the gate...both of them and didn't bother to close them upon leaving. Needless to say they have not returned any of my calls about the damage they caused on my plumbing leak and so they are leaving me NO choice except to spread this news about them so you are NOT their next victim of BAD plumbing repairs or carelessness. I had already worked myself into believing this might involve cameras, locating equipment, drainage plans, excavation, and who knows what else. Jeremy took one look at the situation and said, essentially, "Nope." The problem was simple, and so was the solution. He explained that the pop-up drain was doing what it was designed to do, but the excess water had found an easier path underground, which also explained a soft depression nearby (this was causing a lot of soil erosion on my neighbor's property). He then spent a great deal of time walking me through the remedy: where to dig, how deep and wide to make the area, how to use gravel and plants, and how to install deeper edging so the water would disperse properly instead of gushing toward my neighbor's property. I asked a lot of questions. Jeremy answered every one patiently, then went over the plan a second and third time because I wanted to make sure I understood. He physically mapped everything out so I could clearly understand what needed to be done. There was no attempt to sell me camera diagnostics, unnecessary cleaning, excavation, or an expensive drainage system. He charged only the $79 trip fee and nothing more. That kind of honesty is increasingly rare. July 2026 A/C Capacitor $400.00 just 6 mnths. after then I had another Maintenance on Aug.10 and my A/C stopped working Aug 29th..tech. stated possible Freon Leak which was not found. After he left I requested a RECEIPT to be emailed to me twice. The RECEIPT does not show any PARTS changed, however, the customer service girl stated that Jose, the Tech. changed the FUSES? I was not told of any FUSES that needed changing or quoted anything at the time of my visit! The tech. was friendly, but it is illegal to change or replace anything without a customer's consent/approval! $429.00 for no Freon. AND A/C is overpriced and unreasonable. I will never know why my A/C has issues after their Maintenance but I do know that PARTS should be always approved. I never got the updated RECEIPT with the PARTS they so called changed? WHY? All parts and labor must be stated on any Invoice. Bottom line, the most I should have paid on this last visit was $150.00 total NOT $429.00! This needs to be addressed with the regional manager for a $279.00 credit refund back to my Debit/Credit Card.
