Received a voicemail telling me they cancelled my appointments and were no longer accepting new patients. Gave the office a call and was told they were no longer accepting new patients and hung up on. Maybe the whole place should close if they are going to be rude and unprofessional or at least drop the neurology out of their name if they don't do that work anymore. Maybe also take the website down where you can schedule appointments for neurology! Maybe hire some staff that aren't rude. There are better sleep and neurology clinics in Frederick where you will be treated with respect.

He initially found a very small tumor in my brain and his wife was able to confirm it. Then he was able to treat what he could and refer out. Anytime I needed a letter for school regarding my treatment he got me one super quick. His staff always emails me back promptly.

How is that ok that I should respect the time of the office but the office does not need to respect my time. In addition to that on my second visit to see Dr. Leschek on 9/23/16, Dr. Leschek called me in from the waiting room with less than a hello or kind greeting. He was looking down at a file and did not take a moment to properly greet me. One inside the exam room he began cleaning the room from the previous patient. The paper on the exam bed was not changed and he was nervously cleaning the room up in front of me, again with no real concern for how awkward that was for me. During his exam he asked me the same questions repeatedly and I kept giving him the same answers. He spoke to me very condescendingly and I felt he took no real investment in my well being and why I was there. On my first visit he told me to keep track of my headaches for three months and then I did and he didn't even ask me about them. He focused only on my elbows and sent me away saying there was no problem. He was rude, unattentive to my needs and totally treated me like a nuisance to his work day. I walked out very upset and I can't believe after that he would bill me for the co-pay. It's bad enough my insurance covered that visit in the first place. In fact, at this point I will send them this letter and post my reviews on yelp or wherever else others may need to read honest reviews about this office.

Absolutely disgusting experience. I pulled into the parking lot for less than a minute just to use…read moremy phone, and before I could even gather myself, an older man aggressively approached my car asking if I was coming into the office. I politely explained that I was not parking and was only stopped briefly, but instead of responding respectfully, he immediately started threatening to call the police on me over a tiny "No Trespassing" sign that was posted so low to the ground it was nearly impossible to notice. The entire interaction was rude, hostile, and completely unnecessary. I was treated like a criminal for simply stopping for a moment. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever. If this is how they treat people, I can only imagine how they handle actual customers. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place. There are plenty of businesses that know how to treat people with basic decency -- this is clearly not one of them.

I tend to be a worry wart and they never make you feel like an inconvenience. The front staff is all smiles and very welcoming.
