She explained the differences between tattoos and permanent makeup, and what I could expect after she finished. She put me at ease. The procedure went well and Michelle took her time and explained what she was doing. After a short healing process, I was very happy with them that I decided to have permanent eyeliner and my lips done. It looks great and I like getting up in the morning with my makeup already on. One eyebrow had no arch, and there was a noticeable area underneath with no pigment...just bare skin. I didn't notice all of the flaws until I got home, where it became clear that the work was uneven and not done carefully. When I brought this to Denise's attention, she refused to offer a refund or any proper solution, which was very frustrating given the quality of the work. I recommend paying with a credit card and also the tip if you choose to come here, so you have some protection in case there's an issue. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
