I genuinely wish I could give this salon ZERO stars, because even one star feels like too much. This was hands down one of the worst salon experiences I have ever had.
I asked for an extremely simple haircut and clearly explained exactly what I wanted. I wanted layers nothing complicated, nothing difficult. Somehow, they completely ignored what I asked for and butchered my hair. I am not exaggerating when I say my hair looks like it was cut with a damn butcher knife. It is uneven, poorly blended, choppy, and absolutely NOTHING like what I requested.
How do you take someone's very simple instructions, do something completely different, and then have the audacity to send them out looking like this? I paid for a professional haircut, not for someone to experiment on my hair.And the customer service was just as terrible as the haircut. They were dismissive, unprofessional, and clearly did not care about listening to what I wanted or making sure I was happy with the result. There was absolutely no sense of accountability.I am beyond frustrated because now I have to spend MORE money somewhere else just to fix the damage they caused. I came in expecting a simple, professional haircut and walked out looking like I need someone to repair a haircut gone horribly wrong. SAVE YOUR MONEY. SAVE YOUR TIME. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
There are plenty of salons where you can actually get what you asked for and be treated like a paying customer. This is NOT one of them. If you care about your hair, I would seriously think twice before letting anyone here touch it.
