Karly did some amazing color correcting on me (results of a previous grown out balayage) and I walked out of that salon flawless. I've stuck with Karly ever since, and am always pleased with our results. The results I see on other clients are top-notch as well. I don't mind paying a bit more than other places when I know I will get the best treatment for my hair. The girls are always learning, and I think Cynthia is even an educator for Chi. I asked to try and be careful as 95% of stylist can wash your hair without getting the water all over your face. She started blow drying my hair and kept clunking my head with the brush. All of this would have been alright if my hair would have turned out decent. My hair was dry and frizzy and I had to wash it the next day as I couldn't take how it looked.
