I had three invoices that I replenished the same day. Deposit trust 10/13/2023 $5,000.00 Invoice number 1 $1,697.86 dated September 5, 2024, paid September 5, 2024. Invoice number 2 $4,182.47 dated December 16, 2024, paid December 16, 2024. Invoice number 3 $719.00 dated February 7, 2025, paid February 7, 2025. The case was closed. Multiple requests have been sent to have my trust returned to me, and in their portal they archived my two requests to receive these funds. I sent a new request today and it will be my last. I have everything printed out and my next move will be a bar complaint. This is unprofessional to the field of law. I will again allow them time to make things right and then I will hire an attorney to file civil action.
