Quality is a huge disappointment and has required much rework. Communication has been just as poor. Expertise with several failed inspections is concerning. More than $90k mistake. Contractor shames us for wanting stuff done right but for that price point- we do. Other local competitor did my neighbors at the same time and it's beautiful. They made the right choice. We normally don't write reviews but this is a franchise and the corporate team has failed to contact us over the last 8 weeks. Honestly- the list goes on and on. Just look at a few photos. Tells you enough.
