The salon is clean. Everybody is friendly and welcoming. The hair services I have received have been from Camelia. She has worked on my hair and done root touch., condition conditioning treatments, blowouts, haircuts, and gloss. Camelia is very attention to detail and I love that because I am very detailed oriented as well so I appreciate that. I enjoy her head massage. That is the best part when I go I feel relaxed refreshed and looking my best. The facial I received is with Abby they had a promotion with their skin products that if I purchased a product then I would get a free 30 minute facial I have been wanting to try Aveda's skin services and I was not disappointed. Abby did a great job with my skin. I felt heard with all of my concerns and she addressed them as well. She gave me a nice massage and when I left, I was very relaxed and my skin felt do we moisturized and plump. I also bought a product that she recommended that I'm very excited to use. And I'm excited for my next facial.. I will definitely be making this a routine and part of my self-care thank you Aveda/Inspire salon for make me feel refreshed and happy.

I scheduled an appointment online and was contacted by Jaz two hours before my appointment to cancel. She rescheduled for the next day. Jaz again canceled two hours before my appointment. At that point, I wouldn't be able to find another salon for the interview I wanted to cut my hair for. Anyway, so Jaz offers me a free deep condition. I tell her I'd rather a discounted haircut and that I don't use conditioner. She agrees. I will go ahead and spoil this by saying she did not give me the discount and did put conditioner in my hair after saying she was "just wetting it" when I told her I'd already washed my hair. I had a specific inspo in mind. I'd been growing my hair out for it. I wanted a Ramona Flowers type thing but with a blunt cut because of my hair type. Jaz sloppily stuck two pieces up and when she cut them they were super unevenly distributed. One was made of like 5 hairs and one was thick like I wanted. She blamed it on my cowlick which makes no sense. I went home and cut it. I was a little disappointed but whatever. Until I realized later that the conditioner had been hiding a pretty not blunt cut otherwise. I am so upset. It was an expensive cut, she made me wait like a week beyond my appointment for it, didn't give me my discount, and when I contacted her to tell her that I didn't like it, she said I could rebook. As if I'm giving her another $50. And mind you, she took like 30 minutes on it! No time at all. I have no idea what I did to this lady. Invest in a three way mirror, y'all. Customer service is down the drain.

She's so talented. The other great thing about Honeycomb is that it's a very well-oiled machine. I seamlessly transition from Katherine (who colors my hair) to one of many great apprentices (who wash my hair) and then back to Katherine (who then cuts and styles my hair). I have quite a bit of hair and have been known to sit at other salons for 4 or 5 hours. I appreciate how efficient the girls at Honeycomb are, without any sacrifice in quality whatsoever. 10/10!

Not only was my hair turned dark brown with grey ash and purple color, but I was told the entire time of my visit that what I was witnessing was not true. That my hair did not have platinum highlights when I came in, and that what I was witnessing was not dark, brown purple and ash color to my hair. Many hours later, including two visits in total, I finally was left with caramel, strawberry, blonde, dark brown streaks, with some orange spots in my hair. I do appreciate the management coming to my rescue as well as the other stylists, which is why I'm giving two stars.
