I had Colleen as a stylist there. I requested partial highlights to match the platinum full highlights I had received their in previous visit. Not only was my hair turned dark brown with grey ash and purple color, but I was told the entire time of my visit that what I was witnessing was not true. That my hair did not have platinum highlights when I came in, and that what I was witnessing was not dark, brown purple and ash color to my hair. Many hours later, including two visits in total, I finally was left with caramel, strawberry, blonde, dark brown streaks, with some orange spots in my hair. I do appreciate the management coming to my rescue as well as the other stylists, which is why I'm giving two stars. read more

AVOID! He absolutely *butchered* my boyfriends cut. Are they even licensed here? There is a difference between bad style choices and a complete lack of ability but this guy managed to do both. There were chunks untouched, and other chunks far too short. The "fade" was off center and longer on one side than the other. The neckline was a full centimeter longer on one side and rounded off (except for the chunks that were not cut at all) but square on the other side. The worst was the beard! He took off the beard up to the jawline which is NOT a good look for his face structure. He's been growing it out and now has to shave it all off and start over. For $50 we could have and should have gone to an actual barber. I requested a full refund but for this bad of a cut I'll let the credit card company deal with it if I have to. read more

Haven't been in for awhile (been going to a barber). Not impressed. They spent a rushed 10 minutes on a subpar cut and charged almost $30 (before asking for a tip on the payment terminal). Plus, the place was empty. Why the rush? It was $18 last time I went. Deleted their app from my phone. Back to the $30 barber for me. At least I'm getting quality and attention to detail there. read more

I asked for a lob--a long bob touching my shoulders, even, one length. But what I got: my hair chin length and either side is uneven! One side is at least half an inch longer, and the other side looks like a bowl. She also cut my bangs when I asked her not to. These pictures are after 2 months of growth. This is the worst haircut I've ever gotten and I'll never recommend or go back. I would have done a better job. read more

Today I returned to this location for a haircut with Shantel. Again she did a great job and she was extremely polite and friendly and attentive. She has an amazing personality and she makes her customers feel like they are important not just another haircut. I can't emphasize enough that this young woman is a fantastic person who takes pride in her work and actually listens to her customers and provides a great experience and haircut! Attention to the owner of this hair salon. Today I had a hair cut and hair dye done by Shantel. 1. First your employee Shantel did a fabulous job with my hair. 2. Second she (Shantel) was so very polite and courteous to me. 3. She has an awesome attention to detail. 4. She is an amazing young woman and she treated me so very nicely and she made certain that my hair cut was nothing short of perfect I just can't say enough great things about her. 5. Came here for my 18 month olds first haircut. I probably could have done it myself as I was just wanting a clean up but I was nervous that he would end up looking like Jim Carey from dumb & dumber. I even told the stylist that, maybe she mistook my comment and thought thats what I was asking for.. in which case she would have nailed it. Honestly he probably could have done a better job if he did it himself. It was definitely a memorable haircut because I dont know whether to laugh or cry about it.. I'm just grateful hes too little to know how awful it looks. Never coming back here and would recommend you don't either. When you recently move , you're always on a search for a good place. We had high hopes since the two reviews were great. But this is probably one of the worst haircut my bf has received. I've included a picture of the horrible HIGH chop. I'm not sure what her name was, started with an S. He did say they were fast which he liked. But he said the towel service was overlooked and not done. Back in Florida they always took their time to get the extra hair off, done with a hot towel back home in the other super cuts. We probably won't be back unless we're in a jam. read more

As a Black woman with short hair, I have now gone to both Supercuts and Great Clips and treated like shit. Both times, I had an appt. Both times I waited for almost an hour before anyone bothered to tell me my stylist couldn't do my hair at my appointed time. If there were Black salons here in Longmont, I'd totally go there. I won't be going back c to either. read more

Bad experience-- mostly--with a haircut today: To begin with, I was told my favorite hair stylist had moved on. Then I was informed that due to new management there were no more senior discounts and that a steep price increase was now mandatory. I was informed that a shampoo was now included with the new price. Somewhat against my better judgment I allowed a shampoo but lived to regret this decision since I ended up with a severe allergic reaction to the toxins (at least for me) in the shampoo. I do not recommend Supercuts; in the past I have done better there read more

I have been following my Hair Stylist, Sarah all around Denver now for over 5yrs. Wherever Sarah goes, I follow. She is very experienced and when I want a change of color or style, Sarah offers advice on what styles would suit my face shape. I enjoy getting my hair colored and styled with Sarah, she is very friendly and we always have a few laughs. ....and her long nails are great for that head massage when she washes my hair! The price for what I pay for color/cut is competitive, and this particular location (4th location I have followed Sarah to) is easy to get to from the Highway. The salon is clean, tidy and the ladies are very polite and friendly. Great place to go! read more

Getting a good haircut at a reasonable price is tough for a mature man. The pop music played in some of these chains is enough to turn me right around and out the door. The stink of permanent lotion, or even the smell of your attendant's bubble gum can be nauseating. And what is this new fad that calls for each fingernail to be painted in delicately different shades of jelly bean colors? (And the girls are even more outrageous.) Not so at the new Supercuts in Longmont (between Wyatt's and the alleged Whole Foods store). I cruised on over one recent Thursday evening around 6:15. No one in the joint but a woman dressed for business -- Sydney -- who greeted my with a "welcome to supercuts." Sydney sat me right down and after wrapping me up in the neck towel and Supercuts cape, we quickly determined what I needed, and she proceeded to give me an excellent haircut, accompanied by pleasant, non-intrusive chit-chat. With a trim of the neck and ears, a check on the back and sideburns, I was out of there in 20 minutes. By the time she was finished with me, she had a waiting room filled with men, teens, and children. Closing time is 7, and I don't think she made it that night. It's good to come right after the dinner bell rings, or in the morning when the kids are in school, and the moms are in Starbucks. With an introductory coupon, it cost $10 -- hey, the good old days. And what I like about this haircut is it doesn't look like I just had a haircut. My hair looks as it should -- all for $10, with plenty of free parking until WF gets its act together. Absolute worst haircut I've ever had. "Stylist" left me one inch of hair on one side of my head, and two inches on the other -- in one patch, anyway. Nothing to do but cry and wait for it to grow out. Too embarrassed to even go out in public. Not the place to go for a cute pixie cut. read more
