Fast forward to 2025, I had an issue where the pump would not come on, (high pressure switch was not letting the pump come on) they were very helpful, took the time to trouble shoot the issue and we determined it might be that the filters were 5 years old, even tho I cleaned them over the years as required, but they get old and can restrict the flow. Not only did Complete Pool and Spa talk crap about my warranty company but they called me to have me call my warranty company and get their $100 trip fee approved before they would even come out. They gave me the run around for 3 weeks saying i needed a pump and then when they came with the pump, they didn't have certain parts for it and they would lie and say it was ordered and someone else would say it is in stock. The owner Butch, and his daughter both hung up on me and treated me like crap. They also said they don't like working with my warranty company because they don't pay in a timely manner. I will NEVER use this company again and I would advise everyone else to not use them either.

Also, they replaced our liner this year and our pool started leaking. Called them all summer to come fix it. They finally came out twice in the fall, charging a trip charge each time. Left the plumbing cut up in pieces after performing their test to confirm it was leaking, then charged another trip charge to come put it back together. The leak was caused by their terrible backfill job and the settling. They have received the last of our money.
