If you like to maintain your own stuff, these guys are the best. And if you want them to service it, lots of experience. They know what their doing, their honest and their prices are great. When I was contacted by the business I was quoted $110/hr plus - specifically so I would be aware of the full cost/charge spectrum - the cost of any chemicals consumed. Upon receiving the bill, the time billed was well over the time the Technician was working on the pool. I challenged this with detail to the time he was here. In response I was nonchalantly told that the distance to my residence from their office was 'such a long drive' (Norman to NW OKC) so the time to get here was included. It was very easy for them to casually demand that after the fact, but apparently hard to think that was a cost customers should be aware of upfront. As I had been taking cost estimates from other providers for this job, this omission deceptively skewed their cost profile against their competition. As far as I'm concerned, they employed deceptive pricing and all around poor businesses practice. Will not recommend to anyone on a moral basis.

My boyfriend and I have been trying to get a quote for three weeks. We called and would be told…read morethat we would have it no later than the next day. This didn't happen. Finally, after three weeks, we received the quote. It was $3000.00 more than what their website said. We called backed and they corrected it to what was being advertised. (First red flag). We got the loan the next day and had the check two days later. Went to purchase our pool the day after receiving the check. Apparently 30 minutes before our arrival, Allen the owner EMAILED my boyfriend recanting the quote and upped the price $3500.00. Obviously we didn't get the email due to us driving to them. When Allen heard my boyfriend introduce himself, he ran to his office and let his employee tell us they won't honor the quote we just got a few days before. Not a good business practice. We used them last year for all of our pool necessities (our first pool) and absolutely loved them. This ordeal has made us search for another pool company to upgrade our pool and buy our chemicals. Very unprofessional. Needless to say, we will never use them again and all of the good word of mouth about that place will now be warning people to NOT use them. I also posted this review on their Facebook page, and within 40 minutes they blocked me. Obviously knowing they did us very wrong. We were also warned by several of our friends about the owner. We have a friend that has been trying to get her pool installed and has been rescheduled over and over. Just an overall terrible experience. I DO NOT recommend. The first time we had Galaxy come out for a repair they diagnosed a bad pump. It costed $800, which didn't fix the problem. A couple of months go by and we have Galaxy come out again. This time Galaxy diagnoses the problem as a heating element and said it would cost $1500 to replace. We decided to find someone else this time. We called Affordable Spa Service, Marcos and his team were out to our house the very next day. As soon as they arrived on site they got to work. Within ten minutes they found the problem, a wire had been plugged in incorrectly. They still stayed the hour we paid for to ensure the hot tub heated up and everything functioned properly. Marcos and his team are very good, thorough and don't try to sale anything extra. No problems with our hot tub to this date! I highly recommend Affordable Spa Service!!!

I had a Hayward warranty rep come out and surprise, surprise - he installed the pipes to the wrong port. It was backwards. I asked him not to return to my property due my lack in confidence of things getting done right and asked him to provide me with what he owes me: a light, light transformer, pool safety cover, plus three pallets of sod. He refuses to provide that. He also failed to remove dirt and debris from my property and to fix my irrigation system per our agreement. I was going to eat the cost for everything he's messed up considering I have to have someone fix the pipes, remove the dirt and now purchase the things he owes me. He's been paid in FULL! Do not use him. He is a scammer and already has one lawsuit against. Check court records!

We met Ty from TNT Pools and Spas in 2004 after TNT Pools put in a pool at my neighbors house…read moreacross our fence. As we watched our neighbors enjoy their pool that Summer I reached out to Ty and his staff at TNT Pools the following Spring and had him come out tell us about his pools. We'd interviewed several pool companies and decided on a fiberglass pool because of the shifting soil/earthquakes in Oklahoma. Almost all of the gunnite pools we'd looked at had cracking from the shifting soil issues, the fiberglass had not. TNT Pools was straight forward about the build, price, concise on their timeline with the caveat of weather (rain) as being the only delay, should it come up. They were onsite for about a week, had to dig through heavy limestone but got our pool installed in time (approx 9 days). We went with a salt system (Zodiac LM24) and have never looked back. The beautiful backyard, enhancement to our property and use of the pool was so worth it. When you house becomes the favorite house for your kids and their friends it's so much easier not to worry about where your children are at when they're just outside the back door. When it comes to service after the sale Ty and his staff are second to none. We've had to replace a pump (they go out after many years) and the sand in our filter changed, it was just a quick call and TNT's staff was promptly at the house. I have recommend Ty and TNT Pools and Spas to many friends who have had pools installed at their homes, all of them have had the same experience, very satisfied. Thank you Ty and TNT Pools and Spas for building our pool 16 years ago, it still looks great and has provided us with so many memories and many more to come.
