Opened our inground pool this spring to find it almost completely empty. I'm not exactly sure how…read moremy husband found Schembri Pools, but we never regretted our decision to go with them. They said they would just do a quick drive by to look at our pool, but ended up finding the hole right away. We did contact a few other companies, some who even offered to patch it up. Ultimately, we went with a decision to have Schembri Pools get us a whole new liner. They were here so quick, practically the next day to take measurements. Our pool is very irregular shaped. It definitely took a while to take measurements. I believe we were told there were over 200 separate ones. While a lot of materials are back-ordered in general due to post-Covid shortages, the new liner actually came in quicker than anticipated (around 4 weeks). Again, they were here practically the next day to install. Installation was a breeze (for us!). They also were able to arrange two truck-fulls of water on the same day. We were using the pool a few days later after adjusting the salt and chemicals. I would say that everything about Schembri was top notch. From their communication to work ethic to even pricing. The pool is looking great and we went the whole summer without an incident. They also gave us a year guarantee which shows their commitment to customer service and confidence in their work. For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!
