We just bought a home with a 20 year old pool in Fair Condition, but not better. We're experiencing all kinds of issues and they've been patient and thoughtful in their education and advice on each issue we've had. They're not just out to sell us thousands of dollars of stuff. It can be really daunting to take over a pool from someone else. You can only guess how carefully or neglecting they were, even if you get a top notch pool inspection beforehand. I visited the showroom and found a hot tub I was interested in purchasing. The following day, I called ready to move forward based on the pricing and details I was originally shown. However, once financing was discussed, the terms changed. The advertised package originally included an electric cover, but I was told that if I financed the purchase, the cover would be removed and pricing/specifications would change. What made the experience frustrating was that the website promotes financing, but the final offer did not match what was originally presented. It also felt like pricing was being adjusted above manufacturer retail while still being marketed as a "sale." As a customer, transparency and consistency matter. If a product is advertised at a certain price with included features, those terms should remain clear regardless of payment method. The experience reminded me of seeing a car at one price and then being quoted something different when you're ready to buy. Disappointing experience overall.

The first day the pool went up, the liner ripped. 17,000 gallons of water and all the materials such as sand GONE. Slowest customer service; got a liner delivered several days later. The workmanship, the demeanor, the communication, the information and instruction, the value is all five stars. Dave was extremely helpful. The crew they sent to my "problem pool" was experienced and diligent. Other pre-existing problems were uncovered as they tried to do the work they came for. They informed me, discussed options and fixed the problem promptly. I cannot say enough, there's just not enough room to tell it all. I am grateful to have found them - a treasure to the industry - a relief to the pool owner. Will update with picture later - didn't want to delay my elation over their great service. Beware. Beware Beware. They do not stand by their work or the products they sell. The day after…read morefilling our brand new pool the walls came out of the bottom track. They refused to fix it and blamed it on our yard. they came out 3 times once denting the wall then told us to just throw rocks around it. We now have to pay a new contractor to take the take it down and rebuild it correctly. Very confrontational when you question them. But nice when they take your hard earned money.
