Very disappointed in what was delivered. Today was a special occasion, my mom's birthday. I decided to have some flowers delivered since I work today and found this flower shop as I was searching for flower shops near her work address. The pictures on the website are beautiful and I came across a perfect arrangement that I knew my mom would love. So I decided on that arrangement. I'm posting two picture's on this review of what I paid for and what I received. Not the same arrangement I chose. My husband called to notify them about my disappointment because you can clearly see they are not the same arrangements and he said if I wanted he would go pick the flowers up and give me a refund and if not it is what it is basically. What a joke. If you've found an arrangement online that you love do yourself a favor and save your money because it will NOT come out like the website description. read more

What I asked for vs what I got. I got a horrible looking piece. If I could, I would give 0 stars. The worker said he would be able to do the piece I showed him a picture of and clearly he lied. If he found himself struggling to make the piece he should have called me and offered to do a different piece. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I was aware he was going to do the wings out of styrofoam but didn't even bother to cover the back with anything leaving the styrofoam exposed. We had a funeral for my mother and I was in a fog with all the details planning it. I wanted a florist close to Eden Memorial Park that would deliver them. I ordered 2 baskets of flowers with yellow and purple flowers. I never followed up and hoped they were there when we all arrived at the outdoor service. They were absolutely beautiful and large. Pedro was super helpful and weighted the baskets down I think because they feel pretty heavy. I believe he set them up as well at the site. He put vibrant color flowers and I am so appreciative. Hired Pedro and Amalia to arrange flowers for sons wedding. Spoke to them both on several occasions regarding the event, sent many photos and was very clear on the arrangements, date and time. Along the way things made me a bit nervous but they are very nice and a small business so I overlooked them thinking it was a language issue but still stressing about time and date, even in the day of the event I went in the shop and they assume they would be there when stated Needless to say they arrived an hour late which created my guests to stay out in the heat until they completed their set up and pushed wedding plans back.Also the main arch above bride n groom was not ready when they arrived and made very poor. I myself could have done better , which doesn't say much. If you want quality and no stress on the big event day DO NOT USE LESLIE FLOWERS. better. read more

My aunt purchased a purple flower arrangement for my birthday. The picture on the left is what she purchased. When I sent her a picture of what I received, they looked nothing like that! She called the online # to complain and they said the florist would deliver the right flowers the next day. Nothing was sent. She called again. The florist had told the online third party company they were delivered that was a lie! When I finally called the actual florist # and spoke to Pedro he said that he no longer wanted to deliver them to me and he is cancelling the order! I told him that's fine but I want my aunt to get a refund, he said he couldn't. He told me I was stupid. He said the online # we use is fake but that's not our problem if the uses that company to advertise. It took many calls and long waits with the third party company to get a refund. Pedros customer service was horrible!!!!! They lied to the third party company and then just cancelled on us. read more

Thursday i called Leslie's flower. I spoke to Pedro, i asked if he can me a corsage set for Saturday (2 days later) for my son's prom. I sent him a picture of what i wanted, he said yes. We set it to be picked up on Sat at 10am. I called the shop on Sat at 10am to see if its ready (i live about 2 min away from his shop). He said "No", he will get em ready in about 45 min. I said, its fine coz i still gotta get my kid ready so i'll pick it up around 11:30am. I went to the shop at 12. Pedro was not there, i was some guy named Obet opened the door. He look for the corsage and didnt find it. He called Pedro, according to him Pedro said the the order was for the afternoon. I gave Pedro a call, I asked why my corsage was not ready, he said because i did not come at 11:30am. I told him I was going to pick it up at 10am like we talked about but he was not ready and thats why i was going to pick it up around 11:30. I also asked why he did not call me to tell me that he was going to cancel it. He replied, "it was better for me, if you want I can make it in the afternoon not now". I told him i need it now. He replied, "I cant!" So I ended the call. Obet apologized. I asked Obet if he can make one right now. He said, I can try to put something together for what we have in the shop. He ended up making one. By far not the same as what I ordered but with the time I had it will do. ohhh and he charged me the same amount, no discount! read more

I called them asking what happened and all they told me was, "We could just deliver them tomorrow" ! I wanted my flowers today. I am all for supporting smaller local businesses,especially in light of all the small shops that aren't doing well. But I still expect to get what I pay for. The only positive I have is that my order was delivered early in the day. Because we could not be with my in-laws for their shared birthday- I bought the birthday cake bouquet. There are a couple of variations on it but the one I chose was the simplest. I understand flowers can change due to availability, but they could have used other flowers and still given the bouquet more color on the top. They didn't even put a pretty layer of leaves on the bottom. And the shape of their bouquet ended up looking more like a misshapen ball than a cake. If my mother in law hadn't sent me a picture to thank me for sending flowers, I never would have known how poor a replica they had delivered from what I ordered. This shop did an amazing job on the flower arrangements for my brothers funeral. They had colors of roses I've never seen before like Royal Blue. They were fresh and beautiful. The gentleman who runs the shop was very courteous and offered plenty of options . They had a good variety of flowers to choose from and had lots of pictures to pick out exactly what we wanted. My brother was laid to rest with love expressed through these flowers. So happy we found this place. read more

For my wedding I hired this florist because I liked the demo he had demonstrated to me regarding how I wanted my centerpieces to look. We came to an agreement on the cost of the rustic boxes that the flowers would be placed in. I come to find that the boxes did not like how I had planned with him. He was disorganized, and dishonest. My bouquet looked nothing like how I had discussed and paid for. My bridesmaids flowers were pretty and my foral arrangements for my ceremony. Aside from that he did a halfway job w my order because only half of what I ordered was done. I was disappointed because I checked on my order and agreement 5 different times to make sure we were on the same page. This type of stress was unnecessary. The owner of this business needs to keep his word. He is talented but did not meet his end of the bargain. read more

They never called back. I called them a few days later, asked who sent the flower and if they had refunded their money. My husband used 1800FLOWERS (bad idea) to send me flowers with balloons for our Anniversary. The flowers were fresh and beautiful but the gobs of green floral tape around the top of the pretty purple vase was ridiculous and ugly! It totally ruined the look and made it look tacky and cheap and I can assure you the price was not. I considered removing the tape, but was worried the arrangement would fall apart.
