Custom design, with wetedge surface, and screened enclosure. The pool looks great and I love. I would recommend them again. Only 4 out of 5 stars for the following reasons: -a couple of pieces of tile were installed chipped -Gave NO hardware documentation, which is causing a HUGE pain when trying to register for the manufacture warranty. I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

My wife had a colleague that just had gone through the process with them and had nothing but great things to say as construction on her pool was wrapping up. That says a lot! The team at Premier Pools really held our hands. The design process, which can be the hardest step, was lead by Andres. Andres walked us through all of the pools' features (which was a lot) and took away the stress of the options. Andres was patient with our indecision and helped us make the tough calls. He really worked with our budget also. Rodney was the day-to-day project manager who made sure the design was executed and the work was on time. Rodney was incredibly present during construction and was a wealth of knowledge. Matt was always there to make sure we understood what was going on and answer any of our questions about the next steps of construction. Matt did a fantastic job scheduling and Rodney made sure the work was getting done. We were on budget and on time! Premier Pools made us feel like we were valued no matter the pool budget.
