I have pictures and them saying the panel was installed by them. Then they blamed the issue on solar panels being installed after the pool was completed. The panel they installed had a loose hot wire and that caused a SHORT which back-feed power to the main circuit breaker panel on the side of the house and that caught on fire. Look at all the yelp ratings, most are one star for a reason.

Just over a year after installation, the new pool coating is failing. Multiple pool companies have…read moreinspected it and identified that the surface was not properly prepared prior to application. There are numerous voids where the coating did not adhere to the pool shell. Those sections are now discolored, and calcium flakes are forming where air voids exist behind the coating. Best Florida Pool and Spas acid washed the surface earlier this year. This would have been an opportunity to identify the adhesion problem, but the issue was either not recognized or not communicated to me. Separately, Best Florida Pool and Spas installed a heater a few years ago that remains under warranty. The circuit board has failed. I have requested the purchase invoice needed to file a warranty claim, and they have not provided it. My recommendation to anyone considering this company: put a formal written contract in place before proceeding, so that you have clear documentation and legal recourse if problems arise.

They did but not the one I would have preferred to get. The staff was very friendly and they were well stocked. Their prices were about 15% higher than the store I used to shop in BUT not everything is about price... While I was waiting to check out, there was a gentleman having his pool water tested. I let him know about the quick test kits and how much they have saved me trips back and forth. It was apparent that he was a regular and the staff was happy to see him get the kit and extra bag of shock I recommended he get. In MY experience, you always have a little more than you need on hand to prevent GREEN water... I am sure there are cheaper places BUT they are convenient and by listening to the conversation around me it was apparent these guys know what they are talking about when it comes to pools and spas...
