Florian assured me the distance would make no difference. Delivery day came and Florian was part of the delivery crew. Right on time, professional in every way, delivered and set up a terrific product. A couple questions between then and now, Florian is always just a quick email, text or phone call away. This was my first Hot Tub, and Mario was really helpful & patient with the sales process. He told me Marquis was a top-rated Hot Tub and they were redesigning some of their flagship models. When I placed the order in December of 2020, the showroom didn't even have one on display! In April of 2021, Mario received a showroom model and said I could come over and give it a try (photo below). It looked great and felt even better...was confident I made the right choice...now I just have to wait until mine shows up:-) Even though it took nearly 2 years to receive the product, it was worth the wait! The crazy long wait wasn't Mario's fault...both COVID and the redesign were responsible for the delay. I use the Hot Tub often and it's been very easy to maintain. Since it's fairly small, I replace the water every 6-8 weeks (which means I need less chemicals to maintain the water balance). Mario recommended this instead of waiting 3-4 months. He also recommended getting a water pump to drain the tub...saves a lot of time. I can empty the tub in 30 minutes IIRC. Just using gravity takes ~90 minutes...I only did it once before getting the pump on Amazon. In any event, just wanted to say thanks to Mario with this review on my 1-year anniversary of owning this incredible Hot Tub!
