Great place to find discounts on household items. Staff always organizing shelves but it's a challenge to get keep fully organized because customers drop stuff everywhere. They have special coupons and discounts for reward members. read more

Ollie's is a chain of discount stores. The first store was founded on July 29, 1982 in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania by Mark Butler, Mort Bernstein, Harry Coverman, and Oliver "Ollie" Rosenburg. You will see Ollie's bucktooth grin all over the store. In 1994 the company started their loyalty program called Ollie's Army which you can sign up for on their website. For every $1 you spend, you get one point. Points move you up the rank and earn you discount coupons off your purchase. According to the company, Ollie's Army get you "good stuff...even cheaper". Currently there are 408 stores in 28 states, 5 of which are in Florida. Ollie's purchases company liquidations, overstocks, and older items that haven't sold, and resells them in their stores for a discount. You can expect to see name brand items. This was my first time in the West Palm Beach Ollie's, located in the Cross County Plaza and I was impressed with how large, neat, and clean it was. It brought to mind a Big Lots where you will find a little of everything. If you find something you like you want to buy it because when they sell out it is gone. I had a chuckle in the book section where they were selling the Guiness Book of World Records, from 2018. They sell pantry staples, snacks, home goods, tools, small appliances, toys, gardening items, and home decor. They even had the latest craze every child in my elementary school is obsessed with, pop its. if you need an inexpensive child's present for a party or are looking to stretch your grocery budget, this store is perfect. While shopping I also saw supplies for hurricane season including, food, generators, flashlights, and batteries. As soon as there is a storm brewing the big chains like Publix, Home Depot, and Lowe's sell out of inventory very quickly. It is always good to have a lesser known store like this in the back of your mind so you can grab what you need. They also make it affordable to stock up little by little on your weekly shopping trips. Especially is you are a loyalty member. I am always looking to save money and overall I was impressed with my visit to Ollie's. If I lived closer I would be a regular shopper. read more

You can definitely save money here. It's over packed in areas, but that's typically these buy-out stores are. I've found some good deals on decent name brands. Of course, some things may not be worth the price, but the stock is always changing. If you're looking for rugs, they have quite a big selection depending on what you're looking for. read more

Found almost everything I was looking for pretty quickly. Asking about other items was kind of a waste of time (minimum-wage employees) but the selection and discounts were definitely worth the effort. Not only are you likely to find what you're looking for, you'll probably find some other stuff you weren't looking for that you'll be pretty happy about. Worth a visit. read more

This is similar to a big lots, off lots, Job lots -- in that they get off brands, close outs, samples, etc. And mixed in are some brand name items or similar. However, most things are not of the highest quality. For example, their linens are all micro fiber or polyester. But then again, for some items it doesn't really matter. The place is huge. So you'll find yourself wandering the aisles. There's food, housewares, clothes, cleaning supplies, rugs, furniture, bedding, etc etc. We walked the entire store. And only bought a few things -- laundry detergent; some macadamia nuts, and cookies. Although it's the kind of place where the stock changes frequently, we have now been... and seen. So now that we know, we don't need to return. read more

This was my first visit to the local Ollie's Bargain Outlet. I wanted to use my 15% enrollment bonus before expiration. I was pleasantly surprised at how many general everyday items they have in stock. Not to mention, the cost was super reasonable. This is also a great place to find gifts and random items. Their grocery and pet sections offer a vast amount of product and they have a ton of stuff for the home to include carpeting and laminate flooring. They may even have more books than your local library! The cashier was very nice and the store was easy to maneuver considering how much merchandise they have. Unfortunately this store continues a downward spiral. It's overloaded, dirty, and unkept. The leadership team appears lost as to how to run an effective retail site. There are some really nice employees, but need helpful and caring leadership to direct and mold the store into an asset to the local community. We visited today and items were not priced. It took management more than 15 minutes and still could not locate the price properly. We left without item and vowed to stop visiting any longer. The manager needs formal and better training. read more

Great bargain outlet with lots of aisles to browse! Nancy provided a cheery "hello" and a sincere "have a great day" today. She's a wealth of information, provides a fast check-out experience, and is a great asset to this store. I found the two small (20" x 36") rugs I needed, along with 2 boxes of 600 each, organic cotton Q-tips (!!!) and a 12" copper fry pan that will go into the oven; 3 packages of 60 watt light bulbs, and three of the most adorable children's books for my friend's 18 month old girl! Add a 21.6 ounce bottle of Dawn for $2.69 and two 48-piece bags of plastic cutlery and I walked out spending $80, plus tax. You can't beat Ollie's Bargain Outlet for deals! read more

My husband loves to shop at Ollie's. Think of Ollie's as a large bargain basement back in the old days of large department stores. It's random as to what you will find when shopping here but there are lots of items such as kitchenware, garden items, adult and children's books, toiletries, cleaning products, and assorted clothing as well as some food and snack items. Since my husband likes to try different varieties of coffees for our Keurig (at a cheap price, of course!), he can find different brands of coffee every visit. Unfortunately my husband couldn't find a ceiling fan that a family member had seen in Ollie's circular and asked him to check out. The cashier said that they hadn't received them at all but that's normal for these times. If you should see something in Ollie's that you like, remember it's 'here today, gone tomorrow.' Most of what is sold at Ollie's is closeout merchandise or excess inventory. This Ollie's seems to be a bit more organized than another Ollie's we have shopped at. Our cashier was very pleasant and efficient as she rang up our purchases. There's also a reward program for frequent shoppers. Be prepared to hear (many times) the slogan, "Ollie's - Good Stuff Cheap!" while you're browsing the store, lol. read more

Never heard of this store until my friend took me here. This store has a lot of bargains One can pick up housewares , books, toys, hardware, electronics, clothing, lawn and garden , health, and beauty , sporting goods, pet supplies, automotive and seasonal stuff. Workers are pleasant and helpful. I was able to pick up some books at a real bargain price only wish they would have more vegan cookbooks. I saw bibles and christian books , books for kids and the most expensive book I bought was 5 bucks. I saw pots and pans , sheets and a lot of gardening stuff plus some very nice area carpets. My friend bought jams and cereal as well as candles. She said a couple of weeks ago she missed the sale on flat screen tv. History of the store.Ollies store is an American chain of discount stores founded in1982 by Morton Bernstein,Mark butler, with backing from Barry Coverman , Oliver ollie Rosenberg. If you think you're coming to a store you're mistaken this is flea market shopping at its best. You'll find some wonderful things but don't come here looking for anything specific. For instance, last time I came here I bought some wonderful, incredible chocolates came back gone and the chocolates they now have stink, I bought a wonderful antiseptic cleaner for $1.99 that smelled lemony fresh and cleaned amazingly. Luckily, I had foresight and bought 10 bottles came back six months later. Nothing from that company I'm not so nuts About their clothes and rugs I think I can do better elsewhere but their electronics can sometimes be amazing and I bought an electric kettle made of glass for $30 5 years ago, which is my pride and joy. I'm a nerd and I love their book section. I've gotten some amazing cookbooks Bibles to give out to my friends and little children's coloring kits. I think their prices are extremely low in this area their housewares are hit or miss but occasionally you'll find a treasure. Nothing neither is clean a store, but not filthy and disorganized like Ross either. read more

Nostalgic, feeling taking you back to the old department store, bargain store days. they have plenty of books if you didn't know if you like the read, you certainly will find something to read there inspirational books cookbook very nice books for the children and Bibles. You will find comforter sets and towels lots of neat little kitchen, utensils, and accessories. I found some really cool things there, I used to shop at one up north and they had great winter gear, Carhart and steel toe boots the carpets I did some research compared them to stores like Wayfair, target, Home Depot, Amazon, and I've even purchased similar rugs, one from target and one from Ollies, the one from Ollies held up better was cheaper and the size we wanted. 10 out of 10 highly recommend it's like Santa secret shop read more

I've gone in a few different times. Each time there was ONLY ONE Register open. The line's were going down the isles. A couple of times the manager stood upfront watching, but did nothing, except socialize with his friend. read more

It was okay good prices at every location this one is organized and clean enough. Floor is well set, didn't really see the bathrooms on either of my only three visits. I mainly went for cook books on my last two only giving the four rating because the books were so nicely organized the first time and a month later the sections were reorganized and it kind of didn't make any sense anymore but I still found some of the ones I went looking for would have bought more if I would have found all of them. read more
