If you are looking for a spa/hot tub this is the place for you! Our hot tub of 5 years, which we bought used so it was actually like 10 years old, had finally stopped working so we decided to look for a new one. Boy have there been improvements in the newer models! Some of the main problems we had with the old version were the wood exterior and the wooden frame that were starting to deteriorate from the harsh Florida weather. There are now updated versions that have steel construction and exteriors made of more durable materials that look like wood. There are also many improvements with the seating, the ease of use, quality of jets, etc. They carry models in all sizes from ones that look like over-sized bath tubs to spas that look like small swimming pools. Our salesperson, Rich, was extremely knowledgeable and he showed us all the different models and explained what the features were of each one. There was no high-pressure sales technique used & we were even told that we could bring bathing suits and "try them out" before buying them. We finally settled on a model that was slightly larger than our previous hot tub. (Some other "bells & whistles" we opted for were the color changing LED lights and the built-in Blue Tooth speakers!). After our decision was made, the store sent their crew out to check that our electrical system could handle the new hot tub; which was great because it would be horrible to set up & pay for delivery only to find out that our electrical set up wasn't compatible. When the hot tub finally arrived; the delivery crew carried away our old hot tub, and installed the new one in less than 2 hours. (The only surprise with installation was discovering a large opossum had moved in under the old hot tub that was being removed....he ran off to make new living arrangements!). We are very happy with our new purchase; and we are already putting it to good use. read more

We went to the home show and almost bought a hot tub for $12k, and then came to Rec and worked with Rich for a gorgeous pool AND a hot tub for only a few grand more. A pool is a big deal, and I'm so glad we went to the home show and a few places to see what's out there. Hands down Rich knew the most and we got the best deal. If I could do 10 stars I would! We met at the home show and put a deposit on the floor model. The price was great and the delivery was mostly smooth as we are surrounded by trees but they pushed it thru. We actually received a brand new spa, not the floor model! They waited until the spa was full and gave us instructions on usage. Very happy with the service and pricing. We had a foam issue and we went to the store and they recommended a foam killer & boy just a little bit works wonders. The foam is from detergent left on bathing suit after machine washing. First, Unless they know you might be a prospective buyer you may get a good service. Second, The refurbished pump I bought with the "spoken promise" that it would last for at least 1 year and it was in very good condition broke down. Today, I was told there was no warrant at all. To have the "technician" over to check it out, I will have to pay again... Conclusion I'm buying a new spa somewhere else. FIND SOME PLACE ELSE... SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEADACHE. The owner contacted me saying he was unaware of the situation. He also said that all the pumps had 1 year warranty, therefore, I could return it or get the money back.
