They stood firmly behind their product and went to significant expense to satisfy my concerns. Notwitstanding my initial experience, they have come through. The moral? Nobody is perfect. People make mistakes. But this company has integrity. They did the right thing. Nicely. Quickly. And professionally. If someone were to ask me for a recommendation for a pool company, Anthony & Sylvan would be my only choice. I have attached a screenshot of Owen Sakovics' email requesting I prove to him I can remove a review from Yelp. This was his request, along with a signed release barring me from any future claims against Anthony & Sylvan. From what I understand this goes against Yelp's policy as well. Update: Owen from Anthony & Sylvan has been in contact with me again to sign a release stating I will remove a 1 star Yelp review. I refused since we have had a leak in our hot tub for YEARS now (since the building of it) which Anthony & Sylvan refused to address under warranty. We were left with over $13,000 worth of damages plus they wanted me to sign a release barring me from any future claims in the amount of $1,999. This company is pathetic the way they do business. For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!
