I considered going to a few shops in town but stopped in here and met Jimmy, their salesperson, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and I knew immediately I didn't need to go anywhere else. Jimmy wasn't concerned with selling me the most expensive model; he wanted me to find the model that was right for my needs. Jimmy even came out to my house on his day off and helped me figure out where to put the tub, so I could get the electrical work done to have the tub installed by Christmas, which I am extremely grateful for. If you're looking for a hot tub, which is a pretty big investment for most of us, and you want some peace of mind to go along with your purchase, go see Jimmy at Sweetwater. I can't recommend Sweetwater and Jimmy enough.

My sales guy knew his business. I felt like he was working for me, and trying to recommend the best tub based on my needs. He did not push the top of the line, but showed me three models that fit every detail I asked for. I'm in my tub all the time as I work out a lot, and it is a huge help. I recommend Sweetwater to anyone who needs a quality product and wants a no hassle, enjoyable experience.

They transformed our backyard into a daily family entertainment.. the owner designed our unique layout and made sure to fulfill every request we thought of. They were on a mission to make our dream pool a reality. They weren't just about meeting expectations; they surpassed them with flying colors, mentioning of colors the light shows that are programmed with our pool is really amazing as well! Even after the project was done, their commitment to our satisfaction didn't waver. They followed up on the pool, came out and checked the levels, made sure we knew what we were doing. The relationship built between our family and the owner "Carl" is now a lifetime friendship. We're not just happy with our pool; we love it! , and that's all thanks to them. We do plan to use infinity pools in the future for our next build out (patio and bbq/bar area).

Homeowners, be aware before choosing this pool company. Our…read morepool took nearly a year to complete, and unfortunately, our experience has been disappointing from the beginning. Despite advertising a lifetime warranty, the company has not stood behind its work or honored its commitments. Since day one, we've experienced numerous issues, including: Ongoing equipment problems. Travertine decking that was never properly sealed. Missing rebar in portions of the decking, which has now resulted in cracking. An outdoor kitchen that was left unfinished, forcing us to hire and pay outside contractors to complete the work. A spa that is currently leaking. Spa jets that have never functioned properly and cause water to overflow instead of operating as designed. When we requested documentation for our records, such as the materials, colors, and products that were installed, the company never responded. Our pool was a significant investment, yet we repeatedly had to push back when lower-quality materials were being proposed. After researching the products ourselves, we insisted on higher-quality options instead of the cheaper slide, flooring, and other materials they initially wanted to install. There are many more issues than I can list in one review. My advice to anyone considering this company is to do your research, get every promise in writing, keep detailed records, and don't rely solely on verbal assurances. A pool is a major investment, and you deserve quality workmanship and a company that stands behind its product long after the final payment is made. For this and other reasons we were not asked to complete a review. So I took it upon myself to post this information.

Further proof that the store / store owner (Adair) does not back the products / services he provides. ANGRY OWNER!!!! Will post the recorded call of his temper and poor service / communication shortly. READ THE REVIEWS & BELIEVE THE LOW RATINGS. Don't be fooled like I was. They got $3,700 of my money and then when challenged, he hung up, blocked my number and email. Class Act!! They replaced both of my pool pumps. Converted them both to Variable Speed, and we went with what they recommended. Tony (installer) was always friendly. The booster pump has failed 2x in less than 2 years (they last about 9 months). During the 2nd installation, Tony readily admitted they have had recent issues with that model (PB4SQ). When I called this morning, I was told someone would call me back. Received a call from Adair (sp?) who continued to cut me off when describing the issue, because he needed to express that it wasn't under warranty. Which was confusing to me, as the current pump has been installed far less than a year. Our call got VERY heated. Once I told him he was being recorded, it was amazing how his tone changed. WAS COMICAL! In the end, his resolution was "take it up with Polaris, have a nice day" and hung up. Then proceeded to block my email & phone number, further showing his respect for the customer and service. Beware...poor diagnosis, poor customer service, poor product & service backing, poor communication.

We asked him to come to our home to view the issues and discuss with us. He came today 6/17, never looked at anything. He is ill apparently, so he sat at one end of the pool and took notes of what we said. He stated they would have a meeting and get back to us. A couple hours later he calls with an offer $2200.00 or he fixes the issues. I said so you are trying to buy us off? Basically! I told him I would have to call him back after speaking with my husband. I call back to let him know we want the issues fixed not his pay off and that we would like to know/scheduled of when the repairs/work would take place. To which he said is impossible but he will do his best. He states everything has imperfections and its not even a big deal. Again, he didnt look at the pool closely and most issues are only seen when you are in the pool, because that's when you can see the complete inside of the concrete, bull nose, trim areas. Only if we sign a NDA would he remedy the items that his crews and him should have take care of already! Actually, never should have been left like this to begin with. I refused to sign the NDA and take down my reviews prior to the work as he wanted. So, we are left with a poor job by Aquamarine pools still. NIGHTMARE!!!!! I honestly cannot believe the reviews here, my husband and I had nowhere close to the experience that others are posting. These have to be paid reviews based on our experience. To date, we still have issues that need to be resolved and as usual Toinette says it's up to the mason guy or up to me to contact their contractor. I have received many rude texts and emails during the entire process from the team, to include Paul (sales) and Toinette as well. Our so-called new pool looks like we have had it for 10 years due to the poor workmanship. We had trenches in our yard for much longer than we should have as they didnt even know they were there supposedly. How did they not know they dug them and left them. Was told pool school Paul would clean up all their trash and fill in our trenches. Of course, when he arrived he laughed and said that's not his job. Toinette said it's just small areas until I sent her pics to let her know what we were actually dealing with. He also laughed when we asked him when we would need to use Jacks magic pink stuff that was listed as a must have item to have. Spent $89 on it and Paul said we don't need it. (they will not take them back so out of pocket here also) I made multiple complaints and not once did anyone come out to look at the nightmare we were dealing with. They blatantly did not care, DO NOT care and are awful at customer service. They get your money and then leave you with a disaster of a pool. We are still left with an unsatisfactory job. There is way too much to even put in this review. I attached pictures and screenshots as proof of our nightmare experience here posted there. Project start date was 4/1/2024. Hopefully no one else receives the same treatment as we did. I really hate having to post such things but this entire experience has left me with many sleepless nights and a lot of stress and I think they should take some accountability for how they have treated myself, my husband and our home. Who wants to have wasted $65K??!!! If anyone wants more information I would be happy to provide.
