My pool was GREEN because the "previous pool guy," thought he knew what he was doing. The PREVIOUS POOL GUY said we needed to drain the pool and refill??? We even contacted Leslie's Pools to come out and they sent the wrong guy. He was a tech that serviced water pumps. Guess they didn't listen to well regarding our request. Then were the recommendations of pool guys from friends and all of them NO SHOWS. Every pool guy that got recommended never showed up. So I rolled the dice and came across Absolute Pools on google. He was working on a SUNDAY (MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND) and said I can come out today to look at your pool. I WAS SHOCKED! He arrived on time and looked at the GREEN pool stated NO NEED TO DRAIN We just need to treat it and I will have your pool looking good again. He explained what was going on and was very knowledgeable. I put my trust in his services and "HE WAS A MAN OF HIS WORD." The pool is immaculate. The staff is very punctual, show up every week and get the job done. I will continue to praise him because he was my saving grace before I gave up on my pool. 2 months later my pool is still beautiful and very inviting. Called at EOD to say their schedule ran late and he'd be out Tuesday. Called Tuesday at 10:30AM to say he was headed into the office to grab his gear and head over- essentially not starting his day til lunchtime? The inefficiency doesn't end there. Techs came out again on Thursday and Saturday to ensure work was completed. The entire job was to drain the pool, power wash the sides, refill, and balance. Their actual presence is only required for a couple of hours. Thankfully a significant discount was applied, but the lack of professionalism makes it difficult to recommend this business.
