My pool was GREEN because the "previous pool guy," thought he knew what he was doing. The PREVIOUS POOL GUY said we needed to drain the pool and refill??? We even contacted Leslie's Pools to come out and they sent the wrong guy. He was a tech that serviced water pumps. Guess they didn't listen to well regarding our request. Then were the recommendations of pool guys from friends and all of them NO SHOWS. Every pool guy that got recommended never showed up. So I rolled the dice and came across Absolute Pools on google. He was working on a SUNDAY (MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND) and said I can come out today to look at your pool. I WAS SHOCKED! He arrived on time and looked at the GREEN pool stated NO NEED TO DRAIN We just need to treat it and I will have your pool looking good again. He explained what was going on and was very knowledgeable. I put my trust in his services and "HE WAS A MAN OF HIS WORD." The pool is immaculate. The staff is very punctual, show up every week and get the job done. I will continue to praise him because he was my saving grace before I gave up on my pool. 2 months later my pool is still beautiful and very inviting. At least when we are talking about a swimming pool. The past two years has been a serious learning experience, which we could not have survived without The Pool House. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and has helped us over come such obstacles as algae (yuck), pump failure, and Polaris issues. In fact, they fixed our Polaris for the cost of parts (like $10). The only thing keeping them from 5 stardom is the prices. Since they are locally owned, they cannot compete with some of the nationwide chains. The prices aren't outrageous, but they are not the cheapest. That being said, we prefer to support local shops, and the level of service keeps us coming back.
