We spent $1600 on a new filter they sent one of their employees to put it in he did something wrong and I've been waiting for him to fix all the dirt he has left on my pool floor for 3 weeks.Disappointing , rude and unprofessional waiting so long my pool is now green making me spend more money to fix it. read more

This place is a joke. Took my pool vacuum in for repair and it was a nightmare. They had the vacuum for two months and during that time they never called to give me an update. I had to call them and half the time they seemed confused as to what vacuum I was talking about. After two months I got it back and it didn't work. I called and they said they might not have had the part so they just put it back together and gave it to me. Just go somewhere else these people don't care. read more

I have had good service here. I do my own pool maintenance and mostly need water testing and chemicals. I like their water testing since it includes phosphates, etc. Since Chelsi moved on I usually see Glen, the assistant manager who is very helpful and personable and doesn't try to up-sell. Good experiences also with manager Peter. My understanding is they will match pricing if one asks. read more

Having a pools means there is some maintenance and Leslie's is usually the first place I go to. The prices are a bit higher than at Home Depot or other places but the service here is great. They explain everything and give good advice. Came to this location looking for a new filter system, prices were crazy high but we did get advice on what to look for and what we need. Quality is great as well, I buy the cleaning supplies here and they work great. read more

This is far the worst pool place to come to. The staff is the worst . The manager does not want to help and the lady on the floor has air in her head. Does not know anything. Both are airheads that give terrible customer service, I went to buy pool products and customer servise was very bad. Seems to be racist. I am not white so she did not want to help me. I bought $10,000 Pentair pool equipment there before when another male manager was there and now want to buy pool chemicals. Was treated very terrible. This place is joke. I will never come back to this store. They lost a good customer Very unprofessional. The worst customer service I have ever received in my life.. The manager that is a lady does not care about customers or to give good customer service. Better off buying on line. The store in Corona needs to train their personnel to be customer friendly and to really help customers. read more

Do not go here unless you have all day to wait while the employees stand around doing nothing. They can look right at you and still not assist you. They are not very knowledgeable and just tell you what you need to know to buy more products from them. Every week seems like a different employee who is new and is not very knowledgeable. I have chosen to drive an extra 15 miles rather than go back to the Leslies in Corona and spend all day waiting. read more

Leslie pools, they'll definitely get your pool chemicals back in line. They'll try to sell you everything on the way to getting your pool balanced. Remember always get a second opinion, shop for your chemicals. Leslie prices usually 30-40% higher then other stores. read more

I received an estimate to replace my pool motor and pump, was given an verbal estimate of just over 1000 dollars. Got the money together and went back to place my order 2 days later. The second time the estimate was for over 1700. Not satisfied with the 2nd estimate. I left, never to return. read more

I use Leslie's for supplies and parts where I can fix myself. I like that they are big enough to move product so the chemicals aren't about to expire by sitting in an uncontrolled temperature area like at Lowe's or Home Depot. Overall, I like Leslie's and use this store because it's clean, the staff has always been pleasant, willing to help, and convenient to our house. read more

So disappointed! Just walked out of the store, I will go somewhere else. I needed to order my new pool filter, I was super excited! Then I walked in the salesman (dark hair and I think a beard. I couldn't really see him his back was to me most of the time. I truly hope that the shipment he was being walked through over the phone was important. I will take my 1,500 elsewhere. I understand that he was being given instructions from what sounded to be an authority figure, but at least tell your boss you have customers. I am pretty sure he would have waited long enough for you to acknowledge me or find out what I needed. I stood there for at least 10 min with only a backwash hose so maybe that's why he didn't think I was important enough. Heading off to Argus pool supply. Maybe the 2 min drive will help me regain the excitement I had to finally replace my pentair 2000. Haha read more

Came in looking for Pool Maintenance stuff. Guy behind the counter tries to sell me the entire store. From a new motor, pool cover, chemicals I didn't need and even a new automatic pool cleaner. He tried to sell me the exact same one I had telling me that they go bad after a year or 2. Why would I want the same exact one if they did break that easily. Go to Argus Pool instead! The guy at the counter at Argus tested my water, gave me quick shocks and told me to run my filter 24 hours and it should clear up and it sure did. Spent $7.00 compared to almost $200 at Leslie's. This was the first pool supply store I went to when I first got my pool. Service seemed ok at first. I was helped by a few different employees and appreciated they test your water for free. Then David came along and have had a few not so great experiences with him. The first was, he became frustrated when I didn't buy anything after the water test, tried to sell a few things which I understand that's your job but don't make me feel bad when I already have the supplies you recommended that I purchased from your store during the last couple visits. Sorry I didn't buy them From YOU personally but I'm not going buy more supplies that I already have. So don't ask me if you can "sell you ANYTHING?!" Second experience, only had 10 minutes to spare before I had to pick up kids from school but took a chance going in since it was mid day/week. Dave has one customer ahead of me but said to drop off the water test then I can come by if call in an hour for the results. Called a few hours later to find out water test had never been done. Third and final experience, yet Dave again...I was first and only customer in the store. He started the water test, then a customer came in, who purchased couple things, Dave rang him up, then another customer, then phone rang, he picked it up and had almost 5 min conversation, then phone rang again and he picked it up...took almost 30 min to get a stupid water test done!!! That was the last straw. Been going to Supreme Pool Supply ever since. Way better customer service, they take care and complete the service of the first customer in front of them first, if phone rings, they put them on hold until they are done with you. A little first out from my home but well worth it, they are better knowledgeable (that's another story), better supplies and cost less. read more

There is usually only two guys that work there Angel and Dave and they're great. But this time I was helped by this new guy named Joe and man he is simply rude. I knew what I came in the store to buy and he spend the whole time talking trying to sell me something and wouldnt even let me get a word in. And then he seemed angry when I didn't buy what he was talking about. I also walked in last week and he was having a shouting match with another customer who actually wanted to fight him. read more

Went in this morning needing help testing my pool water and buying chemicals. We just moved here and the pool is new to us...so we could've been potential lifetime customers. However, I experienced THE WORST customer service when I visited this store. The only man working made sure he did everything besides even acknowledge my presence in the store. He opened up packaging and did what he needed to do before looking up and telling me he was going to help someone else.
