The studio is always spotless and very well maintained, which makes every workout feel comfortable and inviting. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help -- whether it's answering questions, explaining the workouts, or just offering encouragement. I really appreciate how consistent the environment is. It's welcoming, motivating, and never feels intimidating. The workouts themselves are efficient and challenging, and I've seen great results since becoming a member. They're also introducing new machines in the FX Zone, which is a huge plus and shows they're continuing to invest in improving the studio. It definitely sets them apart from other studios in the area. If you're thinking about trying HOTWORX, I highly recommend it -- you truly won't regret it!

Horrendous lazy customer service when it comes to sorting out any issue of this sort. Very disappointing with Eastvale Hotworx, i was a member at Chinohills Hotworx and they were helpful with cancellation, cannot say the same for the negligence of Eastvale Hotworx

Due to this, it was very busy but we still were able to enjoy all the amenities!! There are so many different pools to relax in, and I especially enjoyed club mud where we were able to cover ourselves with basically a face mask but for our whole bodies. It left our skin feeling super soft!! The service was also great, and I really enjoyed the smoothie I got. I definitely recommend coming on a weekday and avoiding holidays if you want to be away from crowds, and when going to the restaurant inside for lunch, try to go at noon latest!! That's when we stood in line to order and there weren't many people in line but it moved pretty slow. By the time we sat down and were eating, the line had grown 10x the size.

Negatives: - food package was mid (potatoes were not cooked thoroughly, broccoli was ok, spinach artichoke dip was insanely dry). Not worth the price point. White sangria wasn't impressive. Food felt very theme park to me. - carpet in the locker rooms is an interesting choice. - someone definitely had an abscess and was in the water and made it smell like infection, which made us not trust much of the water experiences. Positives: - was enjoyable. - steam room was nice - ambiance - some quiet areas but not really much area of quiet Glad I got to experience it but will likely be sticking to Wispa and Korean spas. Not worth the drive out to here in my opinion.

I easily get bored and I got bored of Hotworx so yesterday (12/29/25), I went to the gym to cancel my membership and I was surprised that I was not allowed to cancel it without the owner's approval. It was shocking because I had never heard of such a policy. Jordan, the trainer and employee there stated that every cancellation has to go through the owner, Michael first. I asked her why. She said she didn't know why. She took down my name and phone number and said Michael will call me. So, I waited until 4:00pm on Tuesday, December 30th and I called Jordan. She apologized again and said he was busy and that she would message him again. I then told Jordan that I felt that these practices are unethical and I should be allowed to cancel my membership. She then apologizes again and says he will call me today. Previously when I cancelled my membership, I had to pay a fee to cancel. Now, they are trying to prevent you from canceling all together. I am writing this review as documentation for my credit card company too. Jordan said my credit card will not be charged but I don't believe her. Nothing is in writing. The gym is a nice concept but they make you jump through hoops to cancel your membership. Also, you can't even cancel electronically, you have to come in person.

No wonder this place is empty. When I asked why it was taking so long, the man at the front desk responded very rudely, saying they were "waiting for clearance." Clearance for what? That's something that should be handled while the nurse is checking you in, not after you've been sitting around with no explanation. On top of that, this place is $100 more expensive than The Hydration Room, and the service was absolutely horrendous. Poor communication, poor attitude, and not worth the extra cost. They are charging you for services (that's why they need your credit card on file) and when you do not receive them within the time they decide, they tell you you're out of luck on that money and they keep the money and say the service is expired. I don't believe that's even legal in California, but we will find out. So avoid the headache of dealing with Aaron. He's all about collecting the money and not hearing anything you tell him. I then moved to Riverside and my San Diego HC therapist felt bad about my long drives, but its not easy finding someone you have a connection with, especially when this type of session is very intimate any you need to feel completely comfortable with the other person giving the treatment. I tried my best looking for a local place closer to Riverside. I tried multiple Hydro Colon Therapist and was about to give up and continue driving to San Diego. Then one day I saw a Groupon for "Healing Ways Spa," I called the number and had a very knowledgeable conversation with Terry, the therapist. When I met Terry she was very welcoming and by far I've had my best Hydro Colon Therapy sessions with Terry and I've been getting these treatments for almost 20 years now. Just know, no matter how amazing the HC therapist is, you may not always release on your first session. Hence why I NEVER "JUST DO ONE." I always do a series of 3 as back to back as possible and I've had my best sessions when I've been juicing for at least 3 days prior to my session and continue to juice while I'm going through my series. Terry can explain this in-depth. Most of all, relax, release, and rejoice that you are now fully loving your body from the inside out .
