The problem was the sky light was not installed properly and caused leaks. The heat and sun has dried our caulk and cracks have formed. Caulking like we did before would be necessary when new leaks form. We wanted his thoughts and appreciate his honesty. He did not try to sell us something we did not need but explained the situation so we could understand. We look for contractors that are knowledgeable and honest and he rocks. We would highly recommend him.

She had to stop working and went to talk to the roofer that said he had an appointment with me at 5:30. I live by my calendar and I did NOT have an appointment. Some telemarketer gave RRG my address and they were waiting in my driveway while I was at work. The roofer had my phone number, but didn't even call me. I tell him on the phone to email, but he insists on coming back next week. His 1 and only text to me was "Don't waste your time." so I'm passing this on to all the other future customers... Don't waste your time. I have talked to many roofers, and he was second to worst with customer service. I went thru my doorbell cam recordings and found the guy. Why didn't he just call me?! You can see the phone in his hand, and he has my number... Edit: look at the company response. This is their customer service. Maybe they will learn from this experience, call/text the next customer about time of meeting, and treat the customer with respect. I serve my customers, and I respect their time and decisions.

My property manager recommend Andrew Johnson and he was very responsible. I didn't like the idea of giving the adjuster estimates to the companies but this one did not go much over the estimate. I found them to be responsive and they never kept me waiting around like the other company did. Andrew's presentation was brief and he understood what I needed done. He was also nice enough to mention the military rebate and I appreciate this company's support of serving members. It was also pleasant dealing with the office manager, Kendall Favor. She was nice and provided the documents.

I made the mistake of trusting United Contracting and Roofing LLC when they convinced me to file a…read morewind/hail damage claim on my roof. Instead of acting like professionals, they pushed me into filing an insurance claim that had NO CHANCE of getting approved--all because they wanted a quick sale. HOW THEY SCAMMED ME: 1 They ignored my request to check an engineering report before filing my claim. I had a 2022 engineering report that showed mechanical creasing and blistering, NOT storm damage. Any legitimate roofer would have known this meant the claim was invalid. I asked their rep, Luke, to review it. He ignored it and filed my claim anyway. 2 They completely failed to do their job. Even without my report, any trained roofing professional should have seen the damage was NOT storm-related. Luke either didn't know what he was looking at OR deliberately ignored what was right in front of him. A licensed Public Adjuster later told me there was NO CHANCE of winning this claim. 3 After they got my claim denied, they tried to sell me a new roof out-of-pocket. Once my claim was denied, their sales pitch changed: "Since the claim didn't work out, let's talk about financing a new roof." It was a setup from the start. They KNEW this claim wouldn't work but wanted a foot in the door to sell a roof. 4 Their manager ADMITTED they made a mistake, then LIED in their BBB response. I spoke to a manager for 20 minutes, who told me outright they should have handled my claim differently. When I filed a BBB complaint, they denied everything and tried to blame me. 5 Now my homeowner's insurance is at risk because of THEIR negligence. My Public Adjuster warned me that filing this bad claim could cause my insurance company to drop me. United Contracting and Roofing NEVER warned me about this risk. They don't care about your insurance, your home, or your financial security--just making a sale. BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY! They don't check anything before filing a claim. They push you into claims that will fail just to get a sale. They take ZERO responsibility when things go wrong. They will put your HOMEOWNER'S INSURANCE at risk. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable contractor. Do NOT let United Contracting and Roofing LLC touch your insurance claim or your roof.

I was extremely disappointed with Alex and Trimelogic. My small cottage remodel began in the end of…read moreAugust 2025 and was due to be finished in 4 to 6 weeks. By the end of March 2026, it had not been completed, and I fired Alex and his crew and got another group to finish the work. Much of what was done on my screened-in porch had to be removed or corrected. None of the supporting post were plumb, overhead supports were not level, and the sanded plywood that was installed as a ceiling for my carport was attached with trim nails. Needless to say, the ceiling did not stay in place. As for the inside of my cottage, architectural plans were not followed and rooms were not built to the specified size. I have wall switches that do not activate anything. The plumbing of the sink underneath the kitchen and bath have such long hoses so that the space is hardly usable for storage. The LVP flooring has cracked and needs to be repaired in two rooms. The overall lack of communication and sometimes showing up to work caused tremendous hardship on me. Because the project was not finished by the projected date, I had to live with my daughter for six months, and reschedule delivery of appliances. I found Alex to be overtly pleasant, but he did not listen to my concerns, built things the way he wanted to do them in spite of the architectural drawings, and provided many many excuses for why he did not show up on time. For example, he didn't work on one particular day and when I texted him to ask, why, he said they weren't coming because he didn't like the look of the sky. Although there were clouds, it never rained at the job site. Another issue of concern is that Alex did not get a to do the . As a contractor, I was under the impression he took care of all of the for the remodel and addition of the porch. My new crew had just begun working when a code enforcer drove up and said that all Work had to stop. The office had received an anonymous phone call saying that I was doing construction without proper permits. My new contractor took care of this problem that very day. I find it extremely odd that anyone could see what was going on at my house since I am surrounded by trees, and there's no way to see my house as cars drive-by. How would anybody know that a permit had not been granted when I didn't even know that?

The only actions taken were the complete demolition of my master bathroom and destruction that placed my home at risk: he cut through a structural support beam and damaged the building envelope to the point where daylight was visible through the exterior walls. These actions not only failed to improve my property but introduced serious safety hazards. Despite these facts, Alex continued to demand more money while failing to complete even the most basic tasks. Communication was sporadic and unprofessional, with repeated promises followed by no actual progress. When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work. I strongly caution anyone considering Trimelogic to avoid this contractor entirely. Engaging Alex with your home exposes you to severe financial loss and safety risks. A photograph will be included so others know precisely who not to hire.
