Walked in and was greeted by a gentlemen who was working with others but took the time in detail to explain how to remove dead algae from the bottom of my pool, had a sheet explaining it as well and explained what i needed and it only all came to $80! Lots of inventory, great pricing and store was very clean. Another gentleman helped grab all the items i needed and again explained and showed in detail how the process worked! This establishment had outstanding customer service, was very friendly and very educated and knowledge. Lots of pool equipment, accessories, etc for things you may need! Def check these guys out!

I just received a bill for warranty work which was to be at no charge…read more 1) I was forced to wait 2 weeks for them to have my appointment. Then they called the day of and push back the appointment another 5 days. Meanwhile algea was taking over in my pool. 2) They show up and can't fix the problem. 3) THEY SEND ME A BILL FOR THE SERVICE CALL TO BE COVERED BY MY WARRANTY! 4) I called them and said they should not be billing me. I had to call and pay someone else to fix the problem which was right at the pump that they warranty and that I'm not going to pay the bill. She said tough, we will just send you to collection. 5) I said I'll see you in court. I am also sending an e mail to the company if I can find one. I can't even find a website on Google. The only first option I have is to go here on Yelp because I have no option to e mail them in writing the problem or go to a website.

Put all day 1 chemicals in it, day two Wednesday put second day chemical and by early evening we were sitting relaxing in the tub. It wouldn't keep the heat, never got hotter than 95, the Max is 104° We understand it takes time initially to heat the tub to max. Thursday we didn't get in, nor Friday, however, I did go out to test water temp and it was cold. It never heated. I tried to start the heat again, and the control panel would NOT work. Nothing came on, no lights, nothing. My husband texted our salesperson and I called the store. Apparently, our sales guy was busy with another customer. We got a call shortly after from the tech guy I guess. He asked if we reset, explained my husband had already done that AND checked the brackers AND tested the outlet with hair dryer. Still, nothing. correction hair dryer came on NOT tub. Then a woman called to set up a repair appointment, Monday is the soonest she said, ok find. Hung up, she called again. Apologized. And said Tuesday actually because she only had one repair guy. I'm FURIOUS at this point. Almost $6000.00 hot tub and nearing three month wait and NOW this. It's bullshit and we won't be back to this store to do anymore shopping. VERY VERY Disappointing! Oh ps.... upon delivery they forgot our steps and said they were on back order but I went to store second day, and our sales guy told us they had excess supply and didn't understand why they didn't bring it. This store had many to pick from, they are on the high end but in life you get what you pay for. We finally narrowed it down to 2-3 stores. My family did a wet test and sad to say we kicked out so much water i was very embarrassed, we laughed and stored laughed but still felt bad. We finally purchased from this store. We did have 1 hiccup on delivery but after i called the Family Leisure store, made it right and sent the Manager out to help install. I am part of a company with 900 people and Customer service is key, they have it here and backed it up with actions. the word Action means more than words, what about you, ask for Scott.....i love our hot tub and i do not regret the decision to purchase from Family Leisure

I had a repair man out but he couldn't find the leak. so it has leaked for a year or so. Now, it has developed a crack in the shell and is leaking even more. Crafters will not send anyone out to look at it, they want me to submit photos, videos, and proof to manufacturer. I have but they just keep giving me the run around, more hoops to jump through. I wish I never bought this thing in the first place. Probably sell it as is for next to nothing. Essentially no warranty, no support, you are on your own.

Really put me at ease throughout the entire process. Tub was delivered, set up and working within three days of purchase. The only delay was the availability of the electrician. However, Kelly (an electrician recommended by Shawn) was worth the wait. He did an excellent job. Awesome company.

They have a huge selection of both indoor and outdoor plants, and they just keep adding more and more selection of plants to their repertoire. If you love indoor plants, you have to check out their greenhouse. It always has a huge selection of plants from all sizes. They also recently opened a section of cacti and succulents which is super cool. I am not really into those plants, but just walking inside that section makes me feel like I am in Arizona or somewhere else. Frankly it is just magical how much one section can change to the next. Also, the service here is always excellent. I've got some amazing recommendations and tips to take care of my plants from the people that work here. In regards to the value, I think their prices are great for a small business. Anyhow, y'all can see I really love this plant nursery and I think it is a must if you are looking for a new plant baby or just want to take in nature.
