Crafters will not send anyone out to look at it, they want me to submit photos, videos, and proof to manufacturer. I have but they just keep giving me the run around, more hoops to jump through. I wish I never bought this thing in the first place. Probably sell it as is for next to nothing. Essentially no warranty, no support, you are on your own.

Really put me at ease throughout the entire process. Tub was delivered, set up and working within three days of purchase. The only delay was the availability of the electrician. However, Kelly (an electrician recommended by Shawn) was worth the wait. He did an excellent job. Awesome company.

Jimmy wasn't concerned with selling me the most expensive model; he wanted me to find the model that was right for my needs. Jimmy even came out to my house on his day off and helped me figure out where to put the tub, so I could get the electrical work done to have the tub installed by Christmas, which I am extremely grateful for. If you're looking for a hot tub, which is a pretty big investment for most of us, and you want some peace of mind to go along with your purchase, go see Jimmy at Sweetwater. Thursday we didn't get in, nor Friday, however, I did go out to test water temp and it was cold. It never heated. I tried to start the heat again, and the control panel would NOT work. Nothing came on, no lights, nothing. My husband texted our salesperson and I called the store. Apparently, our sales guy was busy with another customer. We got a call shortly after from the tech guy I guess. He asked if we reset, explained my husband had already done that AND checked the brackers AND tested the outlet with hair dryer. Still, nothing. correction hair dryer came on NOT tub. Then a woman called to set up a repair appointment, Monday is the soonest she said, ok find. Hung up, she called again. Apologized. And said Tuesday actually because she only had one repair guy. I'm FURIOUS at this point. Almost $6000.00 hot tub and nearing three month wait and NOW this. It's bullshit and we won't be back to this store to do anymore shopping. VERY VERY Disappointing! Oh ps.... upon delivery they forgot our steps and said they were on back order but I went to store second day, and our sales guy told us they had excess supply and didn't understand why they didn't bring it. I purchased a replacement Dolphin pool cleaner motor unit from PoolZoom. The product page did not…read moredisclose that this was a used or remanufactured part. However, the item arrived with an "Exchange" sticker plastered right on the motor block. Worse, the remanufactured part was non-functional on arrival. The impeller fan runs continuously, but the drive motor fails to turn on. I independently verified my power supply with a multimeter at a constant, healthy 29V output, confirming the issue is entirely within their faulty "exchange" motor. When I contacted PoolZoom within 3 days of delivery to report the defect, their automated RMA system failed to recognize the order. When reaching out to customer support, they attempted to deny responsibility entirely, claiming all electrical defect claims must go through the manufacturer--knowing full well that Maytronics does not honor factory consumer warranties on loose, remanufactured parts sold by third parties. They would not issue a return label to resolve the issue, forcing me to file a formal dispute with my credit card company for receiving defective goods not as described. Avoid this seller if you expect transparency and functional parts.

It was a big swimming pool filter. I tried to find out where my heater was. Well that is useless because none at poolzoom will give you any answers. Because the phone number the give you none answers. It ask if you want to leave a message and they will call you back. LMAO That never happened. The bottom line is someone there stole my heater. And PoolZoom and Amazon don't care. It's not their $3400. And you can not get a hold of anyone.

They got $3,700 of my money and then when challenged, he hung up, blocked my number and email. Class Act!! They replaced both of my pool pumps. Converted them both to Variable Speed, and we went with what they recommended. Tony (installer) was always friendly. The booster pump has failed 2x in less than 2 years (they last about 9 months). During the 2nd installation, Tony readily admitted they have had recent issues with that model (PB4SQ). When I called this morning, I was told someone would call me back. Received a call from Adair (sp?) who continued to cut me off when describing the issue, because he needed to express that it wasn't under warranty. Which was confusing to me, as the current pump has been installed far less than a year. Our call got VERY heated. Once I told him he was being recorded, it was amazing how his tone changed. WAS COMICAL! In the end, his resolution was "take it up with Polaris, have a nice day" and hung up. Then proceeded to block my email & phone number, further showing his respect for the customer and service.
