SO I decided to make the switch and try something different. We had the chance to talk a lot and I loved hearing about the initiatives she was implementing to further better her client care and satisfaction. As a business owner myself I liked hearing how someone else made it work, AND that we ALL face similar challenges when striving for excellence in a service business. The first thing I noticed was the attention to detail in the thorough inspection of every aspect of my system and the knowledgable staff. (I think it was Chuck that explained it all for us) I was instantly impressed. Then, not only did they MAKE the suggestions, they followed through IMMEDIATELY with the upgrades I approved, not MONTHS later after multiple reminders. After my first service I walked into my back yard and DIDNT RECOGNIZE MY OWN POOL. It shimmered like it did YEARS ago when we first opened it. It ran more efficiently and my negative edge spa was finally getting cleaned too! I also love the convenience of knowing EXACTLY what my charge will be every month on the regulator plan they offer. What prompted me to write this review after months of great service was the party I had this weekend. The sun had long set, yet my husband noticed the pool was GLISTENING. Impossible at night time? We called the office and receptionist said she was going to tell the owner. We never got a call back and we called two more times after that. They have no respect for other peoples property or the damages they caused. We also complained about water that is seeping through the brick wall, in which they responded to the neighbor that it won't cause damage because they added plastic. I don't know if the know how water works and the erosion water causes. I guess we'll see what happens.

There are a few small soaking pools fed by the spring where people can relax. The place is very rustic though. Facilities are minimal and the pools are simple, so don't expect a resort-style experience. It feels more like a local hidden spot than a developed attraction. Worth checking out if you're curious about natural hot springs and don't mind rough conditions. Just come with the right expectations.

You can see the 8 freeway from the entrance to the hot spring. Very easy access with a large dirt parking lot. A dirt, gravel trail leads to the entrance. Free admission. It's small. There were many people when we arrived. The hot spring is surrounded in a grove of palm trees. There is a large fountain/shower. It looks like it could be a cozy place. I would worry about how sanitary it may or may not be.

One couple who came looked like tweekers...just saying. I'm supposed to have service twice a week. We'll I was lucky to get service once a week but it was usually less than that. Several times I had to call and ask when someone is coming and they wold get someone out right away but then, of course, I wouldn't see anyone for another 10 days or more. After a while, my pool was having problems and it was because it hadn't been back washed in months. They said it was scheduled to be back washed today...really...the day I call to complain was the day it was supposed to be backwashed. What a coincidence. Hiring this company was a waste of time and money. Currently looking for replacement pool service

It doesn't take a brain surgeon to see in almost all of the reviews that the owner, Shane or such is a complete zero and that some woman in his office defends every bad comment about him. We bought a home that Shane sold cool decking to. He outright lied to her about what he would do. The coating was coming off almost immediately. He tried blackmailing her to continue service with him or he wouldn't fix. She didn't fall for it. When I purchased the home less than a year later and thought I'd try from scratch to talk to the guy he started in with what a nut she was and he would only help me if I started doing business with him. Turned out, Shane & Co. did no prep or finish work... there was no pre treating of the decking, no primer and no sealer. Attached pics show the mess his work created and the nightmare his work left behind. Long story short I thought I'd give it another shot, the office promised Shane would call me right back..... 3 weeks later he called and started his B.S. so I hung up and blocked him. In that time frame we contracted with a reputable pool decking and coating company and they have repaired, put down new decking and coating and sealed the job properly. I hated what it looked like with what Shane had left but now that we know what a good job looks like it's quite different. Just wait, The office will defend his horrible business...... the guy has a screw loose and needs to be sued...... just beware!!!! The office seems to think this has something to do with wanting free work when I simply called to try and schedule with Shane. When he decided to call and point fingers 3 weeks later we had already contracted and had the work completed by professionals. Beware of this very SHADY company and the reviews all seem to point at this Shane guy, He's a crook.

Shane and I met in person at my home and we talked about what I wanted and expected from them. So since 2021 I have been using Yuma Pool Service and we are very happy. I can call Shane or Janalyn directly and always get an answer. They have been very professional and helpful. Always take care of any concerns I have or any additional things I need. I have never had any difficulties or disputes with them and appreciate the service they have provided. Thank you Shane for taking care of us and thank you Janalyn for putting up with me
