He did a very thorough job and gave me a full report at the end of his inspection on all 3 units. I have had service agreements on my HVAC systems since 2005 with various companies. Some were good and some were not so good. My first impressions of McKeon's based upon conversations I've had with Shannon in their office and with Preston during his visit are all very positive. The company called 30 minutes prior to confirm that Preston would be here on time and he was. He was in and out in about 30 minutes and fixed our A/C. Luckily it wasn't anything major but he had us up and running in no time. Preston was very thorough and explained everything. Service cost was VERY reasonable. While he confirmed that one needed to be replaced, he told us that the other unit was fine and needed only a fairly simple repair. While we decided to go with another brand of HVAC (Shriver only installs Rheem), I have to give a shot out to Jimmie. We plan to Shriver in the future for our semi annual maintenance.
