I had such a blast! My company threw a party for our 23rd anniversary last night in Seattle, and Let It Ride Casino Parties ran the Black Jack, Roulette, and Craps games. My husband and I spent all 3 hours at the Black Jack table with our dealer, Robert, who was so entertaining and hilarious. He totally made the experience go beyond our expectations. I LOVED this company!! I wanted to do a casino party at our house for my husbands 40th birthday in April. They brought three table games (poker, blackjack, roulette). They were professional getting everything set up and super friendly. We didn't have good chairs for the poker table so they went and got some for us! It was great. The dealers were the highlight!! They made the night so much fun! They taught the newbies including our two teenagers how to play the games. Our blackjack dealer even have is hints to his hand from time to time which was just funny and awesome. We mostly played for fun but then the boys put some money on a poker game and played for real. These guys were the main attraction at our yearly company party and from start to finish, they were wonderful! After a couple of phone calls, we nailed down which tables we needed and delivery/set-up details. They asked lots of good questions and patiently answered mine as I had no experience with running this type of event. The day of the party, they showed up right when I was told to expect them and set-up quickly. All of the dealers arrived and by the start of the party, my team had but to grab a drink from the bar and head over to a table of their choice. The dealers not only taught those who were new to the games but they gave us tips on what to pay attention to so that we would be smarter players. The dealers were very personable and fun which made playing that much more enjoyable. My team enjoyed it so much! I can't say enough good things about Let It Ride. When I was planning our retirement community's 33rd anniversary party this year, we decided to go with a Las Vegas theme. One of my coworkers recommended Let It Ride because they have been here in years past. All she could say was how great they were - they set up, clean up, and operate on their own - what could be better? When the evening came, they arrived on time and eager to get rolling. They offered to lower a few of their tables for the residents here (because they can have difficulty standing for long), and altered their tables with a smile on their face. They even allowed me to move their Craps table mere inches to give more walking room for our residents. During the evening, they patiently explained rules to residents, helped guests cash in their Funny Money, and were incredibly professional. Most of them clearly had been professional dealers in the past. They also were able to contract a phenomenal magician to dazzle our residents who were not gamblers! I used Let it Ride Casinos for my wedding to have a casino night instead of dancing (which was a complete hit with the guests!). I was initially nervous about using this company because their prices were considerably lower than some of their competitors. They did a great job, however. The dealers were friendly, knowledgeable and fun, and people had an amazing time. They were patient in explaining the rules to people who didn't know how to play (we had Blackjack, Roulette, and Craps), and even allowed my 5 year old nephew to play a few rounds! I took one star off for the communication. When I booked the company at the end of April for a late June wedding, I gave them an estimated time for when I thought the casino would start, but that it needed to be confirmed closer to the actual date. We had no communication until the day before, when I started calling to firm up the time and pay the remainder of the bill (I accept complete responsibility that I should have started calling earlier). The phone was never answered, and my messages were never returned. The day of my wedding, I continued to call, and was even nervous about whether or not they would show up. Thankfully they did, but we lost a half hour of playing time because they were ready earlier than we needed them. I told the supervisor at the end of the night that while we all had a fantastic time, that I was very frustrated by the lack of communication. I also told him to run the credit card we had provided to pay the bill. I did receive a phone call the next Monday apologizing, but we were on our honeymoon, so I didn't get to talk to him. So almost three weeks later, I got an email again apologizing, and with a bill attached. I had assumed it had been paid (again, I probably should have scoured our credit card statement, but assumed it was okay because I hadn't heard anything). I called again, and the gentleman I spoke with was very nice, apologized again, and took some money off our bill to account for the lost playing time. I am glad they took the steps to help resolve the situation, but I wish this wouldn't have tarnished an otherwise fantastic event and company. I still highly recommend Let it Ride because they provided us with an awesome event that our friends and family are still raving about! read more

I found a Groupon for Let It Ride Casino Parties and I rented 2 Black Jack tables and a Roulette table for my husbands 35th surprise party. They showed up earlier than expected and set up quickly. They were all very nice people. My guests had a great time playing. The tables looked very professional and so did the dealers. The owners were both very nice and quick to respond to my emails. I got to ask a lot of questions ahead of time so I knew exactly what to expect. Their prices were lower than all of their competitors that I called. Several companies said they would match or beat their price but once they found out how much they were charging me they were unable to beat their prices. (I did have a Groupon though so that was a little bit of an unfair advantage). Anyway, I would definitely rent from them again. Thank you very much for helping to make my party a big hit. read more

We wouldn't recommend these guys at all. We called them and they said that, yes, you can use the Groupon on package deals, but after you actually buy the Groupon, they don't honor it and jack the price up on the package deals so that it's more expensive and it'd be cheaper to not buy the Groupon at all. Not cool!!!!! And no where on the Groupon did it ever say that it couldn't be used on group packages. They simply wouldn't honor it on the packages once you said "Groupon". They have TERRIBLE communication. Once we set up our party, we never heard from them again until one of the dealers shows up 2 hours -- yes, 2 hours early!!! -- to set up and is all confused about what we actually paid for and what the times were of when the party started/ended. We were told they would be here 1/2 hr before we wanted them to start dealing, not 2 hours!!!! What if we hadn't been home?? No communication whatsoever. Again, not cool!!!! Not happy with the management/ownership at all and feel they are total rip-off artists. You'd get a better deal from their local competitors. Sadly, we cannot recommend this company. read more
