However, then my car smelled so strongly of that enzyme remover. It was so pungent, and it clung to anything that entered my car: my hair, my clothes, bags, everything. After a while, I just couldn't take it anymore. I left my car in the expert hands of Erich at TruTouch, and I'm so glad that I did. One interior detail, steam clean, and odor bomb later, my car miraculously smells like nothing! Which is exactly what I wanted and needed. I shopped around with all ceramic coating/paint corrections companies, Sigma Kore was willing to give me a great price but after chatting with their sales team it seemed more like a production line operation where the quality would be subpar, yes I know they have excellent reviews but when they told me that a 3 stage paint correction and ceramic coating would only take 24 hours from when I dropped off my truck....red flags! I spoke to Phillip a few times before deciding to chose Mile High Image Detailing, I can really respect small businesses owners that take hours of their own day to make sure the job is done right and the customer is happy. My Raptor turned out amazing and the quality of the 10 year Modesta ceramic coating is bar none the best decision I could have made, and the the paint correction WOW is all I can say! My Subaru sustained a lot of hail damage from the recent hail storm this past May. I was very impressed with the quality of work done on my vehicle. Looks like brand new and it's a 2021! He also washed my car before returning it to me. I also liked that Martin gave me a ride to the local Enterprise car rental just down the street from his business. He could've just had me take an Uber or have a friend drive me there but he offered without hesitation. He also picked me up at Enterprise when I dropped off my rental. Martin also took the time to go over my invoice and confirm that he was paid in full by my insurance company. Such a pleasure doing business with him! Very friendly and easy to talk to as well. He explained to me very well about items or documents he needed in order to begin the process. He was prompt and called me back in a reasonable time when I had problems navigating my insurance claim. I was expecting to have my car repaired within a month but my car was ready way ahead of time. I really appreciated that he dropped me off and picked me up from rental place. An added bonus was that he took my car to the car wash. My car looks brand new again. It had severe hail damage after the hail storm in May. After relocating here I had a massive bug cemetery all over my hood. So of course I had to check this place out. The staff was very friendly. I decided to upgrade the wash to their more premium wash since my car needed a little care. Compared to other washes they were a little pricey but my concern was mainly the quality. I'm willing to pay a premium for premium service. They took my car and we were off to the races. After about 20 minutes they completed my car. I was impressed by the way they cleaned the interior. It was definitely a site for sore eyes. The outside got cleaned fairly well unfortunately it didn't get all the bugs off the grill but for the most part it they did a great job. My only complaint is the bugs not getting completely cleaned off the car. Overall I think they offer a great value considering the prices. The staff did a stellar job with the interior and drying. The paint job looks cheap and rushed--there are noticeable orange peel everywhere, uneven coverage, and the finish is far from smooth. The attention to detail was non-existent, and there are areas where the paint and/or clear coat was either too thick or too thin, making it look sloppy. For an expensive bike, I was expecting a level of craftsmanship that reflects the quality of the bike itself, but this paint job looks like it came from a BARGAIN BASEMENT shop. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking to invest in their bike's appearance. Unfortunately, it's a poor representation of the kind of work I was hoping for, and I'll be looking elsewhere to get it fixed.
