The bay I used was in full working condition, equipped with a brush, a power wash gun and a pre-soak gun which all soaps were working too! Water pressure is spot on too, got all of the dust and residue off with no effort. I'd like to add that the owner, Dan, evidently not only takes great care of this wash but he is also very friendly and cares about his customers. He popped into my bay with a big smile & made sure everything was going right. This goes a long way and for that I thank you!

There are multiple lanes (?4 lanes!!) to vaccum your car, with two vacuum heads for all deep cleaning, this includes ALL PET HAIR! Damp to hot towels, to keep your windows shinning! And toss them in the basket by your vacuum hose spot. These damp towels have the ability to remove some Colorado dust I never thought possible. And inside at the wash, they have recomendations, they are helpful with the nicest disposition. Trash is ready waiting, easy to navigate! Get ride of all that trash. Now the detailing and customer service. With membership comes the incredible wash and detailing of your car! You may vacuum for free, but the service at this place is optimum, superior, cutomer service unlike any other place around. Helpful, ask for advice, they have recommendations. My windows require darker tinting, they have a recomendation and how to better car for all the nooks and crannies, cuby holes where my White Dog's hair finds hidden spots on black interior!! Place might be busy, yet there is always room for YOUR CAR & CARE! Conveniently located off Santa Fe Drive & Oxford, or off 285/Hampden and Federal exit in the huge Costco shoping area, Costco Drive, South East of Target and all restaurants. Water wouldn't get warm enough and blow dryer was mildly warm as well. Decided since it's close by and only $10 which is a pretty normal dog wash price at a car wash to use the dog wash again...The next time was my last. Thankfully. Terrible parking spots to wash your dog. There was a car there when I got there and I had to park where the only way to get out was hitting my door on the brick wall, not a fan of that. The water was ICE COLD. The fan was not warm either. Given it's 90 degrees outside, it's not like the pipes were frozen. It gave me no receipt option which now I'm out of $10 with no proof of purchase to contact them. Both times I felt a bit weird that there was a ring camera installed in both stalls(which I truly understand it's for security, just odd). Last complaint is that the dog washes are so stuffy with a barely functioning door window. Not great even for a quick bath. Only good things I can say are nice it takes apply pay/tap. It's close to my house. That's it. But another place is worth the extra few minutes!

A manager was not on site, and they wouldn't even give me the manager's schedule. So I could come in and speak with them. I just kept getting told someone would be in touch. I finally received a call back two weeks later. They said they were not responsible and basically too bad, so sad not their fault. Because the car was older. Did I mention this car was in MINT condition. The gentleman on the phone would not even give me his name, said he was not obligated to do so. He proceeded to tell me that I could not tell him how to do his job and insisted that he was going to punch in the numbers for me. Forcing customer service on someone is not really customer service! We all know the attendants are there to sell you a package and it took me two months to get out of a membership from this company. I made the mistake of going back for a quick car wash after a snowstorm. I definitely learned my lesson the second time at this business!
