I'm very pleased that I found Dentagon. Martin was such a pleasure to do business with! I especially enjoyed the fact that he is a fellow military veteran. Martin waived my $500 deductible fee for me being a military veteran. I was very pleased with this brilliant business gesture. My Subaru sustained a lot of hail damage from the recent hail storm this past May. I was very impressed with the quality of work done on my vehicle. Looks like brand new and it's a 2021! He also washed my car before returning it to me. I also liked that Martin gave me a ride to the local Enterprise car rental just down the street from his business. He could've just had me take an Uber or have a friend drive me there but he offered without hesitation. He also picked me up at Enterprise when I dropped off my rental. Martin also took the time to go over my invoice and confirm that he was paid in full by my insurance company. Such a pleasure doing business with him! Very friendly and easy to talk to as well. I am so glad I found this body shop through other reviews. My experience working with Martin was excellent. His communication exceeded my expectations. He explained to me very well about items or documents he needed in order to begin the process. He was prompt and called me back in a reasonable time when I had problems navigating my insurance claim. I was expecting to have my car repaired within a month but my car was ready way ahead of time. I really appreciated that he dropped me off and picked me up from rental place. An added bonus was that he took my car to the car wash. My car looks brand new again. It had severe hail damage after the hail storm in May. We took our car to Dentagon as we were caught up in the hail storm back in May, having brought him our car June 1. Yesterday we went to pick up our car from Martin after a 12 day delay (where I was called nearly daily to say the car would be delayed another day, that there was a missing part, that it was drying, etc.). On the positive, the car looks better than it did in terms of hail repair and Martin was true to his word of covering the overage days on our rental. On the rest, my car has new damage that it didn't have before being dropped off with Martin: white in every seam and edge, chips and blue paint transfer on my black car from where dents were popped out, my front bumper is not attached in the front, there is white film on the INSIDE of my headlights, there is a white film that looks like liquid on the inside of all of my vents, swirl marks on the plastic moldings of my window, pry marks on my previously mentioned bumper at the headlight, poorly performed paint work on the new hood where you can see silver clearly visible on the edge of the hood, a red paint transfer on the back bumper of the car, and a layer of filth on every surface inside the car to include trash and a cigarette lighter that is not mine...I could go on! Least of all but most certainly amongst the top most irritating pieces was that ALL OF MY MUSIC channels were changed to random ones. When confronted with all of these pieces, Martin was VERY rude telling me that my car is a 4 year old car, that it was trashed when it came to him, that all the damage was pre-existing and that it would be my word versus his if I went back to insurance. Martin previously was very nice over the phone, we felt confident working with him until we started getting delay calls saying it would be another week and another day, and then ultimately when we picked up our car and were promised perfection we were met with disrespect and a car that was woefully lacking finishing details and further damaged. While we drove off with our car last night, we are now left going through the process of trying to find a better place where I will get all of the details fixed and not be treated like scum. Martin has no business treating customers with such disrespect and I wouldn't recommend him or Dentagon to my worst enemy! read more

I stated to Dentagon my surgery was scheduled in 2 weeks; when he saw the damages he said this job would typically require two and half weeks .
