First I want to say Tristan was very responsive and friendly . I had a serpentine belt go bad and decided to try and replace on my own . In that process I broke my radiator fan . Told them I have a coolant leak. Charged me $250 for a "diagnostic" that to my knowledge consisted of looking under the vehicle and seeing a dripping hose. I don't know what they checked, the website says I was supposed to receive a report and despite - repeated - requests I never received that report. Wanted to charge me $897.95 to fix A HOSE. Gave me the part number for us do the repair ourselves (wasn't complicated at all) and I cut my losses at the $250. Now I still have a leak and have to take it to a different garage. Terrible shop. Charge $250 for a full diagnostics report which you never receive and is a total shot in the dark for them. Was originally told nothing was wrong with my brakes or automatic gear shift, which was totally stupid and even embarrassing for them to tell me since clearly that was and still is the biggest problem the car has, which is now getting worked on by an actual garage shop. My car was held for over a week on a job that was promised to be done the next day, even after consistent calls daily they made it clear they do not care about you or your car as long as they get their paycheck. The shop itself reeks of weed and are clearly high all day themselves, had to stop by since my phone call wasn't being answered. They then proceeded to ask for a positive yelp review before evening fixing anything on my car. Went there for a check engine light that never got fixed because they weren't sure what the problem was. Just started trying things and sending me bills. Please don't go here it is not worth your time, money and effort. read more

Buyer beware, I posted on here for someone to fix my daughters car, someone recommended this place and she chose to be an adult and make her own decision. They saw a young girl, who knows noting about cars and price gouge her. 850 dollars for a new alternator?? ALMOST 1600 DOLLARS!!! Thats after the 262 doors she paid to get it diagnosed. Lat night she went to pick up the car, git home just fine, went to work this morning, cr broke down AGAIN. Same problem. Ive looked extensively into their reviews, multiple people have had the SAME problems price gouging, cars saying they are fixed and breaking down again. AND how crazy is it that they have SO MANY 5 star reviews?? I have also read people saying that they offer discounts or some money refuded for a 5 star review. Overall, I have had a positive experience with Two Goats Garage. They drove out to me on Monday and diagnosed the coolant issue on my car. I received a quote to do the repair shortly after and it was very reasonably priced for the amount of work that was involved with the job. My experience with the shop owner was extremely disappointing. There was nothing wrong with my car, yet the first thing he asked was whether I had brought the parts myself. He told me they didn't have the parts and that I needed to provide them, which was never communicated beforehand. This shop was a terrible experience for me. They replaced my spark plug and ended up causing issues with my car. A warning light started flashing, and when I brought the car back, they insisted everything was fine. Later, my car broke down in the middle of the highway. When I called them, the owner told me there is nothing wrong with the car and he told me your car had issue before. My car was running very good just the spark plugs needed to be replaced. They also told me to leave a 5-star review in exchange for a refund, which makes me question how they've received so many high ratings. After checking other reviews, I noticed several customers mentioning that he pressures people for positive reviews.
