I haven't stepped into a storage facility in 16 years and this location is so upgraded from I used to pay for in National City. When we made our first trip, my friend said- I forgot what the gate code is & my exact unit number. LOL. While she went into the office and retrieved her info, I waited in my truck. Once she got the info- we drove past the security gates- towards Building G (same building attached to the office). Her unit is located within the 3 story building. On the street level, there's an opening into the building, where you'll find the elevators/ lifts. And the flatbed push carts- which definitely come in handy to move items in a safe, timely manner. Even at this entrance, you'll feel the air conditioner- which makes a difference in the Riverside heat. Ughhh! There are a few parking stalls adjacent to the building entrances. *BTW- if you don't see any of the flatbed carts in Building G- walk over to Building H and look inside that entrance by the elevators. One time we found 7 of the carts. There are 2 elevators for each of these 3 story buildings, which definitely helps customers out. They are decent length, where we could fit 2 carts, side by side. And 3 of us, comfortably. Her unit is the biggest available- and inside her unit and along the hallways- are well lit. She mentioned she got her unit when this facility first opened (about 2 years ago) and they had great MOVE IN offers! They also offer RV storage, which is in the adjacent lot from the buildings. First off, if you are literally 1 minute past 8 PM they will charge an extra $50 fee. They stand very firm on that. A couple months ago I was waiting for a customer to meet me. His ETA was going to be 5 minutes past 8. I asked if that would to be ok. The answer was a rude and resounding, no. My issue wasn't that they were enforcing a rule as much as the way the perfectly reasonable question was answered. His tone was almost like how a parent would scold a child. But just so you know, there is absolutly no grace whatsoever about being off the premises by 8:00 PM My real problem came today, when I was nursing a headache in my car before I could start working on my unit. There was noone else there and I wasn't bothering or in the way of anyone. I was just about to get started when I was confronted, out of nowhere, with a very angry and aggresive staff member informing me that I had to leave immediatly. When I asked him why, he said that the maximum daily time you can be at your unit is 3 hours. Only 3 hours a day? I tryed to explain that I was just nursing a headace and was about to start working on my ùnit. He then, very agressivly ordered me to leave again. "Get out of here!", like I was a vagrent off of the street and not a paying tenant. Because I was suprised and upset about the way I was being talked down to, I muttered f that under my breath as I was getting in my car to leave. The staff member obviously heard me as he got in my face and told me that he was terminating my lease. I had done absolutly nothing to provoke this man. I called the office to talk to the manager, Steven. When he answered, I was met with the same pretentious, confrentational and discourteous demenour. The order had obviosly came from him. So apparently, now I will have to vacate my unit under police supervision. This place is discraceful and I will be seeking legal action. Do yourself a favor, save yourself the trouble and utilize one of the dozon other facilities in the area.

Because of theft at another storage facility close by, I was looking for another storage facility in the area. After a long day, I went to visit StorQuest. I had been in contact with them throughout the month and they answered my questions so when I arrived to rent my space I was prepared. Renting was seamless, pleasant and easy. These young ladies were friendly and accommodating, such a different experience than the one I had at Public Storage in Corona. Everything was transparent and on the table, and their courtesy and quality customer service was exactly what I needed after such a long day. It was a place I least expected to be treated kindly, and that's the surprise of it all. No matter what business you're in, the best way to treat a customer is like you would a family member, so big props to Judy and Danielle. It's a good experience I won't forget! Thank you!

They share a contract and therefore you were able to rent U-Haul trucks through their facility. I have never rented a storage unit at this location, but from the reviews, I am reading. There's no way I would ever do so. My experience with the associate named Luna was from the beginning unwelcoming. With U-Haul they give you the option to." check in online or pick up with your mobile app." Which is total BS. You still have to go More information to pick up the truck. That's the case with everywhere whom have a contract with U-Haul. Again not storage Quest's problem. But as a customer service representative of the storage Quest facility, she should have met me with kindness and professionalism. Instead, after getting all of my details, including my credit card numbers copy of my ID, my address, etc. she printed off a receipt stating I wasn't allowed to rent with U-Haul and she wasn't sure why...slides me the receipt in which only holds a QR code for me to take care of the issue on my own. Personally, I think she should have called U-Haul herself while I was in the lobby so that we could take care of the issue together. Nevertheless, I did do my due diligence of calling and taking care of the issue on my own. upon arriving back into the lobby, where I had about 15 minutes before clothes, which she was not going to stay one minute after that's for sure... She looked at me with a blank stare and says so do you need my help or are you going to complete this online? I asked her to please help me... Meanwhile, in the process of finalizing my rental, I forwarded her a copy of the receipt for a balance I had just paid which was preventing me from renting the new truck. I started to ask if she could simply print off the receipt but before I could finish my sentence, she interrupted me saying I don't have that much paper or ink so I can't print anything for you if that's what you're going to ask. I made a very subtle grunt under my breath, rolled my eyes and continued waiting for her to finalize my new rental. I'd say approximately two minutes went by before she tossed literally tossed the key over the counter, making zero eye contact with me and simply says trucks outside. I walked out with no thank you no instructions to proceed forward nothing. Thank goodness I got it on video.

I know that my rv is safe cause the gates are locked n they have 24 hour surveillance camera. I'll recommend them to any body!!!!!!! :-)
