Not to mention it was so hot and steamy inside that the gentleman making the ice cream placed our first ice cream in the freezer so that it wouldn't melt during the next 15/20 minutes it took to make the second. They were out of several ingredients so the flavors were more limited. Overall, the final ice creams that we received tasted pretty good, but it wasn't worth the extensive wait.

The pie was great and enjoyed by my family. I wanted to order it again, but was interested in a less sweet version. I reached out to Evelyn and asked her if she could do a customer order. She worked with me to see what I was looking for in a level of sweetness and came up with a revised pie that was even better than the previous one I ordered. This time my family and I enjoyed it over Christmas. It was delicious. Thanks for your willingness to work with me Evelyn! I will definitely order again.
