Because of everything I experienced, I lost confidence in the quality of the work and stopped the installation before it was completed. I would not return and would not recommend this shop based on my experience.

I got XPEL PLUS since I've noticed skin reacted from sunlight so I had some condition for a while. I could get the doctor's note but I'd like to try XPEL PLUS 70% first if it's really from the direct sunlight. Then, my condition got better after the tint. I was hesitated to go with XPEL PLUS since a lot of people mentioned the bluish color of that specific product doesn't match with the back windows. However, the color doesn't bother me. Also, I can get the clear view from the inside of my car which is great. My car mirror automatically adjust color already so I was worried what I can't see my side mirror reflection but it's clear as you see. The reason why I choose this shop is the skillset. The tints of the windows are very neat even though I'm not an expert. I'm glad that I found this place on Yelp! For your reference, my car is Volvo XC90.

The service I came in for specifically was for Apple CarPlay unit with a physical volume knob in my 2014 Honda Civic, which isn't always easy to find. They went out of their way to source one, and the installation went smoothly. Good value too- this is definitely not something I could have tackled on my own. The shop itself has a great waiting area with free WiFi, plus water and snacks while you wait. Staff was friendly and professional across the board. I went with the 3M ceramic IR film with 50% for the front windshield and 15% all around. It makes a huge difference for blocking out sunlight and heat from entering the 4Runner. I like that it's dark enough for privacy, but not too dark that you can't see at night. As for the front windshield, I appreciate that it's tinted enough to block out the sun and not too dark that other drivers can't see me. Oscar was really professional and got the job done in three hours. He also offers excellent pricing compared to the previous shops I went to get my others cars tinted.
