Please listen--never go here. They're disgusting people that will take advantage of you. I was involved in an accident in February 2023 and they recommended me lawyer that refuses to cooperate with my current lawyer after I had switched because their own recommended lawyers were pushy. In addition, they moved my car from their lot in North Hollywood to Sun Valley and imagine my surprise when I called in to request the car towed to my house only to find out it's been transported to a different location overnight--and to top it off they didn't even alarm me nor tell that this would result in an increase in towing because of the additional miles. You're a disgusting business, and I will be reporting you to the better business bureau. I only hope that you receive justice in the next life, if not this one. Bottom line: Please never go here, I hope they go bankrupt and out of business. Disgusting humans, worst of the worst--they will take advantage of you. I never write reviews but this is a warning, please listen. Would also like to add they will give you the ring around and lie, I needed to get the police involved because they initially refused to let me remove my car from their lot; however, once the police persuaded them to do so, it was discovered that they moved it to their Sun Valley lot(no mention of this whatsoever). I highly recommend having your vehicle repaired for any damage. I have been there twice. If you fix your car under your insurance, expect delays from insurance and back orders from parts. But if you pay out of pocket, it depends on where the damage is; they will have your vehicle fixed in a matter of days as long as the parts are not back-ordered. Once they fix it, they leave the car spotless, like new, as if you weren't in any accident. The out-of-pocket price is reasonable, and they do everything: removing the old parts, installing the new parts, and painting the parts. Great customer service, straight to the point. read more

I was amazed at how great of a job these guys do. My whole experience was fantastic. The front of house people were very nice and professional. Maria the lady at the front took her time to explain my options. Alex the guy who was in charge of running the rentals hooked me up with a Scion so I could have a nice car during the time it took for them to fix my BMW. They guys left it looking like new. I knew I had to exchange information with the guy who hit me (that's a whole different story) but then what? I pulled the car over to the curb, trying to get my head together. And then this guy stops, comes over to the drivers side of my busted car and asks if I was all right. He works at Preferred Auto Body and asks if I'd be Interested in a tow to a body shop. I was talking to my car insurance over the phone, so it was a lot of information to process. Look I don't consider myself a "damsel in distress" but in case, I kinda was and Carlos and the crew at Preferred definitely came to my rescue that day. They were honest, upfront and timely. I'm so happy I finally was able to get my car back. These guys were very knowledgeable on all the insurance policies and what my best options were to get everything done. After considering my options I decided to let them work on my car. They did the work pretty quick and I'm really happy because everything looks like new the door that was completely smashed you can't even tell that had an accident. Luckily there was no engine problems it was just the side swipe and everything was quick to repair. These people charged $545 for towing a car less than 5 miles and holding it under 48 hours. They took advantage of my mother after she was frantic from getting into an accident a few weeks ago, offered to tow her car for her as she was crying in the street then told us it would be over $1,000 to get her car out the next day. They reduced it to $545 after my mom called to see why on earth a tow for 4 miles would cost so much after less than 24 hours. Bottom line, they were hoping that my mom wouldn't have the money to get her car from them and that they could keep it and make a profit (she had a 2017 car in great condition besides the accident damage). If I could give these people negative a million stars I would, absolute grifters with zero moral compass operating a predatory and completely unscrupulous racket. read more
