The staff Doug and Todd, introduced themselves immediately giving you the feeling that these guys knew their business. Proceeded to give a tour of each room and what was to be loaded. Once again they provided necessary insurances that the truck would carry everything. Then they brought their tools in, one person started to wrap all furniture in protective blankets, the second person started loading boxes. They loaded that truck to the rear door and included everything. They demonstrated not only strenght but, terrific planning skills. Further demonstrating that they are professionals and proud of their skills. They knew customer service giving myself a compliment about taking the bed apart. Upon arrival at the delivery destination again toured the building and planning the offload. During this process they even helped me offload a large Bar g que from my pickup. Each piece was placed where we asked and no damage to any pieces or the walls. Seniors Relocation Service provided and excellent moving experience and the price was appropriate. Six hours and everything was moved safetly and professionally. I strongly would recommend this company.

He also came to look at our place a few days before moving day to assess everything. On moving day, his team packed and wrapped everything very quickly. They were professional, asked questions, kept in contact on the phone during each process of the move and were very friendly. We originally asked for a team of 5 and two trucks but ended up with a team of 4 at the start and 1 truck. Reduced down to a team of 3 at our new place to unpack everything. We were charged accordingly to the changes. No hidden fees or BS, everything was told to us as changes were being made and explained again when the bill came. Prices were super reasonable for the distance. We provided water, gatorade (at both places) and breaks whenever the movers needed. People forget that this is a very physically gruelling task and my partner and I would have never done what they did in such a short period of time. We were so appreciative we even ordered pizza for them at our new place, while they finished unloading all our stuff. We had over 40 boxes and tons of furniture. 11/10 I would use them again and highly recommend them! They are true to their word "In and out".

My house closed late and last minute and needed something quick and didn't have many options - never again...My 5k bedroom set completely destroyed beyond repair and Raymour and Flanagan has to replace the entire thing including the bed and dresser. Thank god I have insurance. My brand new kitchen table scratched and gouged. My children's beds screws were put in too tightly and the frames are cracked in addition to the scratches on everything. My aunts Hope cheat (who just died) smashed and broken. To top all of this off, they didn't say a word to me about the bedroom set, the chest they said it was rotted (it is absolutely not). They left large items at the first house, showed up late, weren't finished until almost 6 after saying this would be a 6 hour job (took them 8.5 and they didn't even get everything). They complained the whole time. The woman sat her sweaty body in my son's nursery recliner and upon approaching her laughed, said I caught her sleeping, and didn't move. Completely unprofessional, rude, liars, and nasty. Spoke ill of people we mutually knew and told me about all of the open court cases she had going on after they had already moved my things. After addressing the items left behind through messages, she was rotten and nasty about how tired they were among other things. After the back and forth I stopped responding to her because I no longer felt comfortable being around her for fear she would attack me or do something else. If I could leave negative stars I would. If I could do it all again I would have NEVER went with this company and don't better due diligence. And instead of apologizing and owning up to what they did, they argued with me and said my items were already broken and damaged. I said I would pay the remaining balance after the items were fixed and she said that wasn't happening and squared me up. I'm not here to argue with a grown woman with my children in my home and make them afraid or have myself or them get hurt.
