I could not have been more disappointed with my experience with this company and their Sales person Andrew. I was optimistic about their product because picking out the remnant and sales process had gone smoothly, besides the fact that Andrew couldn't stop smoking his vape pen in the yard. During the install they put a 2 inch by 4 inch hole in the wall that was partially covered by the side splash. Upon looking at the installed counter I realized that this was not from the remnant I picked out. I called and emailed with photos. This was a Wednesday AM and I was told Andrew was not in that day. I received an email on Thursday afternoon at 430 PM after calling the store twice to get a hold of him, that they "may have" used the wrong stone and to call the next AM for install of the correct counter. Friday comes and again I call 4 times trying to get a hold of him to schedule this seeing as it is delaying the rest of our renovation. He assures me they have my remnant and that the following Friday I can have the first slot around 9 am for the install. I was called the day before giving me the second slot of the day and I said i was promised the first, i was assured that this was fixed and I would be first. The day of its 10 am and I havent gotten a phone call that they were on their way. When I call the store, I get the run around that they do not grantee 9 am slots when that's exactly what I was promised. Andrew says they left the store 10 minutes ago when I call and gave every excuse under the sun as to why they were not at my house. I live 6 minutes from the store so that was a lie. They show up at around 1130 and say they were at another job before me. I asked to speak to a manager owner and was given a voicemail box and an email. I left a voicemail for the manager around that time on Friday. I never hear back so I walk into the store on Tuesday. Apparently voicemails are not listened to. Andrew did not fill any management in on the issue, despite knowing I was upset with how everything was handled. After the investigation I was told that they original counter top they gave me was the "same color" of the remnant I picked. And that the schedule issue was because it was only changed on paper and not the board and the workers go by the board. So essentially a screw up all around. Giving someone a counter that is the "same color" is not even close to delivering the right product. This delayed my entire project by a week and a half. I was told I would be credited back money for the template fee. At that point I decided not to give a poor review because Anya investigated the issue and offered the refund. I emailed back 7 business days later when I didn't receive the credit. I get a phone call back saying they need my credit card number to issue the refund. So after 7 business days (10+ since they offered the refund) they hadnt even attempted to give me my money back. Andrew claims he "thought someone else did it." Clearly this Andrew is incompetent and is incapable on following through with any issues. Its a disgrace. On top of this all, my parents ordered a counter top during the same initial sales appointment, they requested a certain section of their remnant that was marked by Andrew and what was delivered and installed was the incorrect section. it took a week and a half to get a phone call back to resolve their issue. read more

I'm hitting up YELP all day, every day, as I'm still new to this area and look for guidance. I went into Let's Get Stoned b4 reading any reviews and regret it. At first, the cabinet lay-out employee, Kathleen? Katherine? was receptive to me, but once we had to get into nitty gritty of dimensions, idea, final choices, she became a B***h, and she lied....flat out lied...and she lost our file of all the earlier drawings....she huffed nasty comments 1/2 under her breath, the first several of which I didn't respond to, but finally the ugly experience was building into something too uncomfortable to continue. We were maybe 10minutes away from being done w/ all decisions, ready to pull the trigger on an order, and I think to myself, "I'm being ridiculed and snarked at by someone I'm about to give ten thousand dollars to. Forget that. I'll find someone nice to give my money to'. I couldn't imagine going forward withe Kathrine? Kathleen?, especially if we had any problems. She's not really a designer, either. She knows how to plug the pieces that THEY sell into YOUR floor plan; there's no design know-how, just someone who plugs in product pieces into empty spaces. No sense or questions or interest about how you use your kitchen or what would work for your style. Just plugging in pieces and doing so in snarky manner. In all fairness, I know from experience in doing rental properties that the 'just plugging in pieces' is also the only thing you get from Lowes kitchen designers (they're not designers) Home Depot designers (ditto) Solid wood Cabinet designers (ditto). None are designers. They're plug and go. But some are nicer about it than others. read more

I just need to let you know how satisfied I was with the quality and service from Lets Get Stoned! Not only was the product fabulous and the installation was done beautifully, I am the one that made the mistake and they came through for me! We had our bathroom redone in early February of this year and after the installation of the double sink vanity, I realized both faucets needed three holes instead of one hole per each faucet! I immediately called lets get stoned and they told me no problem that this can be fixed and the additional holes can be drilled on site into the granite slab that was already installed! You don't know how relieved I was! The contractor came out the next day and he was fabulous! He was precise and his work was impeccable! You cannot even tell that these holes were not pre-drilled at the factory! In addition he had his own vacuum to clean up everything so it looked just like it did before he even did the work! We have used let's get stoned several times now and with this latest experience they have exceeded our expectations. I have found that many more people write negative reviews than positive ones so here is a positive one. Christina at the Warrington store could not have been more helpful. She spent as much time with us as we needed to look at as many remnants as possible to find just the right ones for the four countertops we needed. The installation went exactly right with a perfect job done by the installers and exactly when they said they would. When we found a small chip in one of the sinks they immediately and without any trouble ordered a new one and had it installed soon after. We then found what we thought was an imperfection in one of the pieces and was told it was fairly common in pieces with so much mica. An installer was scheduled to treat the entire counter, called about 20 minutes before he was to be there to tell me he was 20 minutes away, arrived on time and completed the job with skill and perfection. All-in-all the whole experience could not have gone better including the price. I would not hesitate to recommend Lets Get Stoned and would surely use them again. Wonderful experience! We had granite kitchen counter-tops installed 5 years ago. Over time, the silicone has deteriorated between the counter-top and sink. Even worse, the double-sink suddenly became loose/sagging in the middle causing water leakage underneath. The morning after the incident, I visited the store and shared what had happened to one of their sales associates. The manager soon appeared to address my concerns. After answering many questions, some of which involved photos of the issue, she explained what had happened...which I understood was not uncommon over long periods of time. So that I would not go without extended use of my kitchen sink, a technician was immediately scheduled to my home for repair. The technician arrived at my home the following morning as planned, executed the repairs flawlessly, and ensured the area was clean before departing. We just did a major kitchen renovation... Down to the studs and when it came time to install our countertops that I put a deposit down on at colonial marble... They ended up not being able to locate them... Aka they sold them out from underneath me. I went back to the warehouse two more times and could not find anything to my liking. My kitchen contractor suggested that I visit LGS. I met with Sarah, and during my first visit I found the most amazing slabs of gray and white granite. I liked them even more than the first slabs at the previous vendor. I wish I had started with LGS, and all future renovation work in our bathrooms will be with LGS. I can't say enough nice things about them. Customer service was wonderful and they also helped me pick out beautiful backsplash tile that was complimentary but did not distract from the countertops. When you're spending this much money on something I expect top-notch service, and Sarah and LGS delivered on that promise! read more

No words can describe how amazing, meticulous, personable the entire team at Let's Get Stoned are. I have known Kirk through commercial work for three years now. I reached out to him about my bathroom and he was so helpful. He had Kathleen and Susan work with me for my cabinets, tile and granite. It was a true pleasure. Serge came out to do measurements and gave me some good input which I definitely do not regret taking. Vasyl was so sweet - he's from Ukraine and does not say much, but very meticulous and professional. I gave him a key to my house and he was very trustworthy. We got to talking over the period of time and I will miss his humbleness as my bathroom is complete. I recently had Let's Get Stoned remove my existing granite counter top to enlarge the sink hole for a much larger sink, which LGS helped me find a sink the right size to leave the existing faucet hole untouched, as well as cut a hole for a soap dispenser. The staff was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They made it clear to me that there is a chance that the granite may break due to the size of the new sink hole. Long and behold, the granite turned out perfectly and the installation was remarkable. I highly recommend LGS and plan to work with them in the near future for a power room remodeling job. I had a great experience buying my granite countertop and vanity from LGS. They have such a huge awesome selection of gorgeous stone to choose from. The staff was very friendly and helpful in my selection process. I shopped around before deciding to go with LGS...some other stores were cheaper but I didn't find what I was looking for. I was looking for the perfect counter tops for our kitchen and bathrooms and couldn't seem to find what I wanted. This business is totally professional. Andrew worked with us to thoroughly explain the different stone materials they sell. Showed us around to see what we might like. Never Pushing or steering us to more expensive stones. Listen to what we needed. Appointments are made and kept. They measured the countertop by creating a template and then have you come in to position the template on the actual stone so you know what you will get when installed. The installers are perfectionist to make sure all is leveled, straight and installed properly. What a great job and incredibly quick turn around time. I am selling my home and needed a quick, efficient install for kitchen granite and Sarah did a great job accommodating me! She walked me through the process and then "Let's Get Stoned" took it from there. Within the first week, templating was completed and I was scheduled for install the next week. The granite looked great and the install crew had to shave off just a small portion for a tight fit on one side of one of the counters and they did so on site and within 5 minutes! I purchased quartz countertops from Let's Get Stoned in 2017 during a kitchen renovation. Everything went off without a hitch and we've been very happy with the countertops. However in 2022, I started to notice white rings and other subtle marks in key places on the countertops. I called Let's Get Stoned, they sent out a technician who spent an hour or so working on the "stains." He was eventually successful and our countertops look as good as new. When I called to see what the cost would be, I very pleasantly surprised to find out there was no cost. Now that's good customer service! read more
