Because I've seen other companies switch things up and everything goes downhill after that. So far, this has been extremely effective and consistent. Also, at this point you'd think the company would offer a credit or do something as an apology for the inconvenience (seriously you stuck your collections agency on me when I had a valid payment on file and you messed up). They haven't done a thing. And for the record. I was a client for almost five years and never missed a payment or had any problems with the company. I was trying to get a rush service done because we had just moved in and were already seeing pests. They came, sprayed and handed me a year long contract with multiple services. Having already sprayed the house I felt pressured to sign. Since then, I have had two paid services and two additional re-services because I kept seeing pests after the treatments. Despite all of those visits, I am STILL finding spiders, bugs, and roaches throughout my home. They are upstairs, downstairs, and in the side house. LITERALLY STILL EVERYWHERE! That was pretty much the final straw for us. My wife is extremely uncomfortable in the house now and has had trouble sleeping after finding bugs in our bedroom. We hired a pest control company because we wanted peace of mind, and instead we are still dealing with the exact same issues months later and now the stress of being in a contract and paying for services that do NOTHING. The service itself was also hit or miss. Some technicians seemed rushed and I had to point out areas that I wanted treated because they appeared to be skipping over them. On one visit, the technician sprayed and left without even speaking to me before leaving the property. No goodbye, no summary of what was treated, nothing. I never got the chance to confirm whether the areas I specifically asked about were even addressed. What frustrates me the most is that after multiple services, multiple re-services, and VERY little to show for it, the company still wants to charge me a cancellation fee because I no longer want to continue paying for a service that has not solved the problem. I understand that pest control is not magic and that every house is different. But after months of treatments, I expected SOME level of improvement.
